I didn’t realize it’s more of a hotel. The check in was great they showed us around, provided lots of towels, a huge filtered water bottle for the room, there are hammocks to chill in, giant Jenga to play, two pools to swim in with comfortable lounge chairs. We rented a golf cart which was super fun to get around in. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with lots of mature plants and trees and they have a full time staff member sweeping the ground to make even the outside spotless. I would highly recommend.

This was our first time visiting Belize. The accomadations were away from the hustle and bustle of the island, which was preferred. The room was extremely clean and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.If we get the chance to return, we will be staying with VeLento properties! We stayed April 5-9, 2023. We had 3 units that shared a pool. Everything inside the unit was clean, well stocked, and up to daye. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The upstairs palapa area was great for relaxing. The area was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Town was a short walk or bikeride away. There are also golfcart taxi service for a about 2.50US per person. There was plenty to do and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Everything was so professional from the communication with Tim and Debbie who market their places from both the USA and Belize where they split their time to the incredible management team they have on the ground on Caye Caulker. The accommodations were excellent and the facilities impeccable. Don’t look any further!

Wow. Just wow. Cauye caulker is an incredible place with beautiful people and scenery. Velento properties had a killer doc, bike rentals and they even let us borrow fishing rods for free. It’s just a short bike ride from the main strip so it was nice to go back to a more chill vibe. The real highlight was the people who worked there, especially Kelvin who went out of his way to chat us up and became a friend by the end of the trip. Nazle also was so helpful in responding to messages about setting up tours and helping us. I can’t say enough about this place and hope to be back someday. Thank you!

Velento’s Sunrise Suite was everything we were loo...
Velento’s Sunrise Suite was everything we were looking for and even more. The location for us could not have been better: since we flew to Caye Caulker, we could walk in 2minutes literally to Palmetto Beach to check in. It was quiet and secluded, yet just a 5-10m bike ride to the “bustle” of downtown. We rented bikes for the whole week, highly recommend doing that. Shout out to Randy who catered to our every need, a super nice guy!
There are many great restaurants on the caye but we also love cooking and barbecuing so again the Suite was ideal for us. The grounds and buildings are kept impeccably clean and neat. It’s truly a lovely oasis we will be returning to.

Don and Nazle, and the rest of the staff, took great care of us. Room was incredible - well maintained, full kitchen, efficient AC and fans, quiet. Staff helped with taxis, covid testing arrangement, and a snorkeling trip. Dock shown in the pictures is a *perfect* location to spend your whole day reading/relaxing, and dropping in for a dip when needed. Short walk to grocery and restaurants, but well off the beaten path. Love it and will be back next year!

Truly an amazing place to vacation with great amenities we didn’t expect. The room had AC which was very much welcomed. Clean, friendly staff, and nice place to unwind, relax and enjoy island life. The lounge chairs were prefect to soak in the sun and beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.
