Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely loved our stay at The Caribbean Sunrise Cottage. The location is excellent and the surrounding landscape is gorgeous. The home was a perfect size for a family of 5 with 3 young adult children. The home was spacious, clean and had had what we needed. So cute and had true Caribbean feel with beautiful wood throughout. Another shower would have been nice but the island is so casual it was fine. We loved the pool and dock. We traveled with another family that rented the home that shared our pool. We also loved the beautiful rooftop.. just needed more time to enjoy it all. We used the bikes all week. Weezies cafe is just steps away.. towards the shared dock and suggestion cafe a 5 min walk.. both great great spots for coffee and breakfast and awesome to have so close.

The third story view is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the hammocks especially in the evenings. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The place was very clean and well taken care of. I wish we had more time to utilize the dock and grill out under the lights that are just along the path. The location is away from the main part of the island but we had no trouble getting around. I would absolutely recommend Caye Caulker and Velento rentals to anyone looking for a vacation here.

What a perfect vacation property and location! Caye Caulker itself is a delight and this property was the perfect way to enjoy. A short 1 minute walk to the water, a pool, decks and a private rooftop patio, bikes for rent on the property, water, air conditioning, and all the other amenities we needed were provided. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. They even helped us arrange transport for the next stages of our Belize trip. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We loved the cottage and enjoyed our stay there so much. The cottage had all we need for our family with two 3 year old kiddos, the pool to ourselves and a perfect location off the beaten track. We loved being in this location on the island and had perfect parking for our gold cart every day (highly recommend renting one if in this location with a family). Loved the hammocks and star gazing late at night as well. Great spot for a great price.

This is a wonderful property. The pool was perfect for the kids, the dock and lounge chairs were perfect for the grown-ups. I loved the location being a little bit out of town but still an easy walk. Right down the road from the Pelican which we thought was hands-down the best food and cocktails on the island.

We originally booked the Caribbean Sunrise Cottage (where we have stayed before and loved) but were told due to pool maintenance we had been moved to the VeLento Oceanfront Rental #2 and it did not disappoint. Our porch ocean views were specular where we spent quite a bit of time relaxing. We also enjoyed the pool very much. The house was perfect and spotless upon our arrival with everything we needed. Our bikes were an added plus and the staff was always there for several questions and things we scheduled. This property will most likely be our choice in the future when we visit again.
