I thought the house was beautiful. It does need a little TLC in the cabinetry in the kitchen and the cooking utensils. The most disappointing thing is the sea grass problem . I know that is nothing more you can do and the neighboring properties are not as meticulous as your property is. The smell is very powerful. The secret beach we went to once and it was beautiful, but the roads you must travel in a golf cart are deplorable. It does not make you want to travel it numerous times. Candido was excellent.

The house was very clean upon arrival and Candido-the on site caretaker met us at the house to welcome us and give us the tour. He was there for any needs we had but you rarely saw him. Elena and Simon were always an email or call away for any questions we had. The link/app they send you basically has every answer you need. They arranged all transportation and excursions. All were flawless and perfectly timed.<br/><br/>The house is very secluded so you have lots of privacy but is close-within 10 min cart ride to most everything you need. The beds were comfortable, we never ran out of hot water-even with 8 people including 4 teenage girls. We all had enough space to spread out but also felt very at home in a rather large house. <br/><br/>We had a great time and would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in vising San Pedro.

The other two villas were not occupied which made the vacation very nice and private. The hammocks in the ocean were fun and the swimming pool was great. Due to the abundance of sea grass floating in, we could not swim in the ocean. The caretaker Candido on site did a great job cleaning g our section of the beach early each morning (but there is still some smell). Candido is a great job getting anything we needed. Elena and Simon were very helpful booking exertions. Tropic air flights. Golf carts. Taxis and COVID tests.

We had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious and plenty big enough for 7 adults. It was really nice to have the kayaks and bikes available to use whenever we wanted them. Candido was very responsive and helpful with any minor issues that came up. It was really nice to have groceries delivered and waiting for us the day we got there—would definitely recommend doing that. Also had Aurora come and fix dinner for us for a few nights which was delicious and really relaxing. I would absolutely recommend staying at Solaria if you are thinking about vacationing in Belize!

Everything was wonderful! Anything we needed, Simon was available right away to help. Candi the caretaker was awesome as well. The location was incredible! What a way to wake up, as well as end the day. We would suggest an upgrade on the mattresses and pillows as we all found them to be uncomfortable, however it did not ruin our stay or our vacation!

We were a group of 7 friends in this 5 bedroom Villa. Beautiful private home featured on VRBO. Lots of space for everyone, beautiful large balcony with comfortable outside furniture and a great shared pool. Simon, your contact at the property management company is excellent. You will not be disappointed.

The villa was spotless, and the grounds are gorgeous. If you have someone who struggles with stairs, you may want to consider booking Villa II which has the kitchen on the ground floor. The stairs were not an issue at all for our group. Simon answered all our questions through the booking process and throughout our stay. He was a great resource with booking activities and flights! Candido and Martin were onsite for anything we needed. The villas are 45 minutes from Secret Beach and about 30 minutes to the main part of town. We loved the Tipsy Lobster, The Truck Stop, diving with White Sands and fishing with Tony's. Simon and crew- we will see you soon!

This house has 5 BR, 2 living areas, dining for 8, bar stools for 5, it comes with drinking water and coffee supplied, a small pool, a larger pool, a private beach, a pier, beach towels, and an app where you can find everything! If you have questions, Simon and Elena are awesome with quick responses. I messed up the dates of our fishing excursion and they bent over backwards to accommodate us, even though they didn't have to. We plan to come back again!
