However, there may be construction noise North of our building as they complete the final construction phase in our complex. You may hear construction noise between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm. Thankfully, we haven't received any complaints but we want you to be aware. Thanks so much for understanding. As part of the "Caribeville" community, you will have access to several services. • The San Pedro Urgent Care building is a four story facility which includes the private clinic offering medical services to the public during regular business hours and 24 hour emergency care to owners and guests. • The Spa and Salon is also located in the San Pedro Urgent Care building. • Rain Restaurant (located at the top of the "Rain" building) is known for its outstanding Caribbean and American cuisine with seating in a covered yet open environment. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. • Aqua Restaurant (located inside on the 3rd floor of the "Rain" building) is known for sushi and seafood. Don't miss sushi Wednesday - Sunday! • Beach Basket Grocery (located on 1st floor of the "Rain" building) is the onsite small grocery store including beer, wine and liquor and is also known for its provisioning services prior to your arrival. • Sun Brew Cafe - serving specialty coffee, sandwiches, pastries and desserts! Located in the front lobby. • Fitness Center - the largest gym on the island! Located above the front lobby with beautiful views! Our Condo Features: - 5th Floor 1 Bedroom Condo with expansive sunset views - Full Kitchen with quartz island and countertops (Dining for four) - Master Bedroom is separate from living area offering complete privacy - Master Bedroom includes a closet, chest of drawers, safe, iron/ironing board, 42 inch smart TV, SONOS speaker, 2 luggage racks and direct balcony access. - Bathroom has large walk in shower, hair dryer, make-up mirror as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. - Living room includes a queen sleeper sectional, 57 inch smart TV and SONOS speaker - Patio with seating for four and sunset views. - Added Bonus: This condo has complimentary purified water, a Vitamix Blender, Keurig, standard coffee maker, French Press, coffee grinder, tea kettle, hand blender, waffle maker, electric skillet, 2 quart water pitchers for water/lemonade, spice rack, yoga matt, luggage scale, umbrellas, flashlights, binoculars, cards and dice in TV stand, soft coolers to take to the beach, USB outlets throughout for charging your devices and a Pack-N-Play (available upon request) - Pool and beach toys: frisbees, footballs, floaties, etc... in living room baskets Features of Sunset Caribe: - 2 Elevators - Generator - have WiFi, hot water, TV, coffee, lights etc when other rentals do not. - Double reverse osmosis water filtration system - Never run out of water & always have good water pressure. - Concrete construction Included with your Sunset Caribe Rental: - 24 Hour Security - Daily Housekeeping - Wireless Internet Access (fastest in Belize!) - Satellite Television with Premium Channels - Pool/beach towels - Two 130' long pools with 16 shallow areas to sit and socialize with friends. If you'd like deeper water, simply slide off the edge into the main pool! - Large, Swim-Up Pool Bar with food service from Rain Restaurant - Concierge/Tour Services for golf cart rentals, excursions, spa treatments, private chef, babysitting and other services - Beach access is available at Grand Caribe located a short walk from the resort PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (JANUARY 3rd – DECEMBER 20th): • A deposit equal to 40% plus tax is required at the time of booking. • Remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival date. • Full payment is required if reservation is made within 21 days of arrival date. • Full refund if cancelled 15+ days prior to arrival date. • 50% refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date. • No refund if cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival date. PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (DECEMBER 21st - JANUARY 2nd): • A deposit equal to 40% plus tax is required at the time of booking. • Remaining balance is due 21
