Rented all 3 Villas for a family reunion.The Villas are even more outstanding in person than the pictures posted.2 soaker pools , a lap pool and a roof top pool were enjoyed daily by our family.The value and the fact that we had our family together was amazing. The views from the Villas were spectactular, especially overlooking San Pedro. A perfect get-a-way having your own island if you wanted or a short boat ride across the lagoon, 4 minutes, to San Pedro for great dining, dancing or just walking around the shops or beach.A new over the water restaurant, Bluezz had just opened next door to the Villas,a 2 minute walk and Teressa has amazing dishes daily for breakfast, lunch and supper if you just want to stay and not head into town.We also rented a golf cart to further explore the island, heading to Croc's or Secret Beach. The staff at the Villas was amazing,Dino was boat captain and dealt with our every wish and Corrina booked us on some amazing excursions.If you are looking for paradise, Belize is the place to go.Our whole group had one of the best family vacations ever...Playa Villa...we will be back next year...see you then.

Absolutely Amazing time
First time to Belize and this was the perfect place to be....a short boat ride across the lagoon and you are right smack in the middle of San Pedro....with golf carts parked at the dock you could go anywhere in no time...wonderful restaurants, shopping and sightseeing! The luxurious Villa was beyond expectations....we were three couples and each had our own beautiful bedroom with ensuite. Corrina the fantastic hostess had every last detail looked after including the fridge stocked when we arrived....thanks also for looking after our day excursions....the boat trip to "secret beach" was fabulous!
Relaxing at the villa was awesome....just lounging poolside with a good book, soaking up the sun, gazing at the water, sand and blue sky...magical...it can't get any better....what a stunning location so peaceful and quiet!
It was my 65 birthday and I was surprised by an amazing dinner party with Chef Theresa and Kevin cooking up an incredible seafood feast....wonderful to be spoiled and highly recommend them!
Dino.....raking the beach at 6 in the morning.....captian of the "taxi boat" at any time of the day....even at 9 in the evening picking us up after dinner in San Pedro....you are the best! The villa is very clean, well maintained and the maids do a terrific job of the daily housekeeping.
Thank you everyone for a fantabulous time and unforgettable memories....you treated us like "family" and we hope to return to your "paradise" again some day!

Best Vacay Ever!
We chose this destination not only for the stunning homes but also for the amazing reviews we read on TripAdvisor....the villas, Corrina and Dino exceeded our expectations! Not only are the villas stunning and the nicest I have seen throughout my travels in Belize,the integrity and dedication of the staff is like nothing I have ever experienced..superior service on all levels. Chefs Terressa and Kevin prepared some of the best dishes I have ever had on the island....nowhere can you feed a group of 12 a gourmet meal for $250 plus the cost of ingredients! Are you kidding me??!!
Also, Corrina went above and beyond in so many ways, setting us up with the best excursion ever....the Yolo Day Sail/Snorkel. She arranged our transfer flights, our dinner reservations,(she can definitely pull some strings) she had our golf carts delivere and created a most epic vacation for us...I didnt have to do anything because she seemed to take care of every little detail..she also lives next door to the property now and is such a ray of sunshine..always with a smile on her face ...refreshing to say the least. Dino is a machine...and so friendly...the two of them are a dynamic duo! We will never forget this trip and will definitely be returning! #youbettabelizeit !!!

Love love love this place and the people
I fell in love with the look of this place when I saw it on Trip Advisor. I spent months planning a joint 50th birthday celebration with 11 friends from around the world! The house was the perfect size, easy to live in and clean. Dino (and his dad) were rock stars as were the cleaners. All friendly and willing to share stories about their real lives on San Pedro. It's island living so we had a few things go wrong in the house e.g. water pressure fell and a sink seal broke; Dino was on it immediately, with no real disruption to us (much more responsive than some hotel experiences I've had in the USA!).
Going back and forth on the water taxi made for the right combo of San Pedro buzz and a peaceful haven away from the crowds. The pool is a "sitting" pool so not very deep; felt odd at first but we quickly adjusted to it and spent a lot of hours gazing out at the view.
We took up Corrina's suggestion of Tony's Fishing Tour. We ended up in a smaller boat than expected, but in true island style the crew made sure that didn't impact our adventure, we went with the flow and had an excellent day out on the water.
Two other things I would recommend - Terressa and her catering crew. What an awesome birthday dinner and made to order birthday cake. We also did a one off stock of the house before we arrived. This proved to be excellent with cold beer and wine in the fridge and enough food for hungry travelers to sit back and relax. Thanks to Corrina for all the emails and making sure everything ran smoothly.

Big spacious house, on the opposite side of San Pedro across the lagoon, access by boat 5 min ride seems remote but it's just one of things that makes it so special. We really like being away from the busyness of town. House does need some updating in furnishing and appliances. Seemed very clean and well kept but could use some amenities? For the price it was a little lacking in that area. The #1 very best amenity is DINO the care taker of the property, without a doubt, he was so helpful in all aspects of our trip. He is the guy with all the answers & contacts on the caye. We really appreciated him! Great Guy! I would really recommend this property for a group of adults and family with kids. We truly Enjoyed our stay here.

Thank you for your review Amy - I am delighted to hear you had a nice stay and please accept my sincerest apologies for the A/C malfunctioning (Dino informed me).
Living in the middle of the Caribbean Sea with the beautiful breeze and all that sea salt in the air is amazing but it can wreak havoc on A/C compressors in the worst way. We have a total of 14 A/C's throughout the villa constantly running with weekly groups of 9 or more guests at a time and unfortunately that A/C decided to call it a day! Dino informed me he and the electrician did everything they could whilst waiting for the needed parts so thank you so much for your patience!
Since your departure, and my arrival, we have installed 2 new A/C units along with new Stainless Steel Appliances and an Ice Maker. Currently we are accommodating a Bachelorette party and they are loving it!
Once again, thank you for choosing our home for your vacation destination here in beautiful Ambergris Caye - I would love to have you stay again so you may enjoy our updated amenities. I will be in touch to discuss.

Exactly What We Needed and More!!!!!
From the moment I inquired until the day of our dreaded departure-Corrina went above and beyond in assisting us with planning what is to date...the most epic vacation we have ever had!!!
She arranged for our very own private water taxi to transfer us from Belize Int'l Airport directly to the dock at Playa Villa Belize (Rum punch, music, and a fantastic start to our holiday included!)
When we arrived our kitchen/bar was stocked with all of the items we pre-ordered on-line through the grocery provisioning service she hooked us up with - Lagniappe Grocery. I literally walked in the door and was like "omg, this place is insane! We actually get to live here for a week!" I was in my bikini and making margaritas for everyone within minutes and my husband was already preparing the BBq for the fresh fish we had ordered that Terressa was already marinating. Thanks Terressa! (Teressa and Kevin do the grocery provisioning and are also the owners of Lagniappe Belize Chef Services). They provided us breakfast, lunch, and dinner the next day and the food was so delish we ended up hiring them every other day we were there.( I may sound overly excited but I can't even begin to describe how smooth our trip was and how rare it is to receive such amazing service)
Dino, Dino, Dino...I wish we could have kidnapped him! He was like one of the family by the time we departed. Dino was our Captain and is also the on-site Caretaker who is always there to help with anything! And we loved our little water taxi's to town and back...the weather was so nice, the water taxi to/from town was always looked forward to. (The water taxi is $2.50/person each way which was nothing compared to the pricing of the other taxi's in San Pedro town. And once we got dropped off at the dock at The Office Bar/Grill we could walk anywhere in town due to the close proximity of the property. For those of you, like myself, wondering if the property is too far from town- it's not. Basically, if they picked up the property and moved it 1 mile East they would be right in the middle of the Central Park in the heart of San Pedro. We loved that we could be in the hustle and bustle of town but then go back to the villa and have total privacy - away from it all.
The snorkelling was amazing - Corrina hooked us up with a Catamaran Day Sail and Cave Tubing. We got to swim with Turtles, Nurse Sharks, , Sting Rays, and Manatees!! Best holiday ever - hands down!!

Best 50th Birthday Celebration Location
From inquiry to departures, Corrina was on it. With ALL of our arrival delays and staggered arrival times, Corrina still made sure she was there to greet each and every one of us with a smile. She made sure my quests and I (all 18 of us) were on schedule for everything we (thanks for helping with setting up EVERYTHING) had planned...tours, excursions, etc. And as you know, it's not easy coordinating 18 people! Dino, the property caretaker and water taxi driver, was there EVERY step of the way. One word for him, AMAZING...I don't think he ever sleeps! As for the villas (we occupied villas 1 and 2), the photos are teasers. They are just as described--All That and More! I can say all of my guests and I said this was one of the best vacays we have EVER had and we plan to visit again soon. Thank you Corrina and staff for such an AMAZING experience. Continued success to you! Oh, make sure you get your groceries ordered in advance. We LOVED having the kitchen stocked upon arrival. It made cooking, eating and drinking so much easier. We did make several trips to the market, but with 18 quests, that's to be expected. And, a BIG shout out to The Office. I won't spoil it for you...you'll know once you get there!

Great Place to Stay and Awesome Hospitality
We stayed at the Playa Villa 2 early November and loved it! There were 8 adults and we stayed there for 4 nights. The house was gorgeous and very clean and spacious. None of us have ever been to Belize before so we weren't sure how it was going to be and what we were going to do. Prior to the trip, Corrine gave us a list of excursions, to-dos, restaurants, and helped us planned our trip. She booked our flights and basically took care of all that we needed to do. When we arrived, she met us at the airport and took us around to get groceries and then took us to the house. We met Dino and he was equally as awesome as Corrina. He built us a fire when we needed, got food and drinks when we ran out, no matter what time he would come transport us back and forth from town. Whenever we had any questions, Corrina and Dino were there to help us out. They were so easy to talk to and really made us feel safe and comfortable. The gorgeous house along with Corrina and Dino, it really was like a home away from home. It was a great vacation and we would definitely go back and stay at the same house!

Great vacation and accommodations
We stayed at Playa Villa #2 for 8 nights over Thanksgiving. We had 12 people, 6 adults and 6 kids. The accommodations are exactly as shown/described. We were very impressed with the quality of the accomodations and enjoyed our stay very much. The villa has a pool in the front. The depth is quite shallow, mostly for wading, but we had several young children so it was perfect for us. We were able to use the pool to the adjacent villa for when we wanted to swim which was great, but may or may not always be available. Corrina, the property manager was great with coordinating our arrival/departure as well as assisting us with booking excursions. The private catamaran tour is a must. Dino, the caretaker was also a great help throughout our stay. He is onsite 24/7 and always accommodated our every need. He shuttled us to/from San Pedro as needed and was always available at a moments notice. The property is located on the lagoon side. We did not swim in the water itself, as it is quite rocky and shallow. We visited beaches in San Pedro as we desired. The only challenge to the location is access to restaurants and food. As mentioned, we ventured to San Pedro (2 minutes by boat) on many occasion to buy groceries and/or eat at a local restaurant. We also utilized the chef services recommended by Corrina. The name of the company is belizegrocery.com. They can provide grocery shopping as well as chef services. We utilized the latter. The food quality was excellent and well worth the price. Teresa and Kevin, the chefs, were great. If you are comfortable with being somewhat removed, this is a great villa. There was really no negatives to our trip. We had an excellent vacation and hope to visit again some day.

incredible vacation experience for 5-8 people at a surprisingly accessible price point for such a luxurious villa!
Villa #2 was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean place that comfortably accommodated 8 adults (4 couples) on our weeklong family vacation. We had a great week here and would highly recommend it to other groups of 5-8 people. We really enjoyed the quiet seclusion from the hustle of San Pedro, but also enjoyed being just a 5 minute boat ride (included) away from San Pedro. Corinna helped us figure out all the details beforehand and arranged all our excursions for us and made helpful suggestions for where to go and what to do, including: reef fishing, got massages at the Villa, hired an excellent chef to cook 3 meals for us 1 day (ended up being $45 per person), explored Ambergris Caye by golf cart, hired a boat to take us to Caye Caulker and Hol Chan for snorkeling, and went cave tubing and zip lining on our last day. All were great experiences!
Corinna kindly provided us with a crib for my 9 month old baby (at no additional cost). Dino (on site grounds keeper) kindly helped us with our daily questions and kept the place clean and even did a great job of grilling up our fish dinner! Also there was 24/7 on site security included. Also a mobile phone was provided which was very convenient. We also appreciated the borrowable kayaks, norkels, goggles, and fins.
Downsides:
The 4th bedroom doesn't have AC (but it does have a ceiling fan). Three of the 4 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.
The wifi was solid, but not great for streaming HD video (but Corrina mentioned that she intends to upgrade to a faster connection).
Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an incredible vacation experience for 5-8 people at a surprisingly accessible price point for such a luxurious villa!

Once you land in Belize City, you can get to Ambergris Caye by air or by boat.
If you are weary of flying in small aircraft than I suggest taking the Belize Express - it is a 1.5 hour ferry from Belize City to Ambergris Caye. Our driver in Belize City would transfer you from the Airport to the Ferry Terminal at an additional cost, however transfers upon arrival/departure from the San Pedro Ferry Terminal and San Pedro Airport to your Villa is complimentary.
If you are totally fine with the flight, I highly suggest flying as it is a breathtaking 15 minute flight over the Barrier Reef and many Guests have stated it to be one of the highlights of their trip.
