The Manager will handle the keys from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Afterhours arrivals will be handled by providing a code to the smartphone activated entry door lock, afterhours departures by leaving the keys inside and entering a code at the lock buttons.

Zona 9 is a neighborhood very convenient and central. There are lots of restaurants and shops. It is minutes away from Zona Viva, a tourits area with plenty hotels and restaurants in Zona 10, as well to the big and upscale 'Oakland Mall'.
A few blocks away is the 'Parque de la Industria' where there are scheduled fairs, conventions and shows.
Downtown historical center as well as the Civic Center are just minutes away North.
Getting around
A 300 ft away is a Metrobus stop, guatemalan bus rapid transit. But even if it is fast as avoids the trafic is crowded and not so safe as well as other City buses.
Always the most convenient way of transportation is the taxi it is inexpensive and takes away the driving in a sometimes chaotic traffic.
