In the View Talay 2 Complex there is a massive swimming pool, with a pool-side restaurant/bar that serves Thai & International cuisine. There is also a convenience store, Thai massage shop, tour shop, in fact everything that you need! For the kids there is a children's pool and also a separate children's play area.
Once you leave the complex, everything that Pattaya has to offer is on your doorstep, or within a short taxi ride. The nearest beach (Dong Tan) is less than a 10 minute walk. Jomtien beach is less than a 15 minute walk. If you don't want to walk, then no problem because just outside the complex there are taxis and motorcycle taxis. Walking Street and the Central Mall are approximately 10 - 15 minutes by taxi. If you like fine dining then you are in luck, because most of Pattaya's best restaurants are within walking distance, Bruno's, Pan-Pan. Indian by Nature, Manhattan's, Linda's etc. If you want to party, then the Jomtien complex is just across the road, offering bars, shows and dining. Everything that you could need is close by!

However, if you don't wish to walk, then just outside of the View Talay Complex are taxis and motorcycle taxis which will take you anywhere that you want to go for a small fee. If you prefer public transport, then it's no problem because View Talay is on the main bus (Songtaew) routes. This is a very cheap way of getting around.

I ask my guests to behave as they would when they are at home, the View Talay 2 Complex has a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, I merely ask that my guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the View Talay 2 Complex. Smoking is permitted on the apartment’s balcony (an ashtray is provided) and outside of the building and beside the swimming pool.
Interaction with guests:Â I can arrange airport transfers from 1,375 Baht and can arrange pick-ups from the North Pattaya bus-station for just 200 Baht (24 hours notice required). I am available to assist with literally any query that my guests might have about Pattaya and Thailand. Guest satisfaction is my top priority!

enjoyable
great welcome by Jeab and staff. Place very clean and security 24/7 very efficient and very good. Staff of site very helpful and very nice to us always with a helping hand.Our condo was always by staff of bartonhill and always ready to help our stay very enjoyable. We would ask for example and we would received the next day. We recommend their condo to anyone and go back to stay there again if we go back to Pattaya. It is a very safe place to be and to stay. Near food store, transport, etc...

Great Condo
Great Condo and I thought it was in a good location, central to both Patt’s and Jomtien. I thought the room was as pictured on the website and very nice and clean. Tuenchai was great, she met me at the Condo on my arrival late that night and got me all checked in. The staff were very nice and they cleaned the room every day. I thought that, all in all it was a good buy. I will definitely stay there again if there is a vacancy for my time frame.

Second stay with Tuenchai, this time in the other VT condos, there are two of them.. First time was fantastic, I stayed in the other block, and this time was no different, a fantastic stay in the other block! Tuenchai is a ultimate host, her professionalism, good nature and thoughtfulness are incredible. Quick to reply to any enquiries or problems and always available. The flats themselves are extremely well kept and cleaned by her cheery staff, and they are fanatical for cleanliness. The rooms being serviced are really great, nice to come back from a hard day out to find fresh towels ad linen (hint to those to leave a nice tip for the ladies!), down to having back up tooth brushes in the bathroom.
All in all, true value in a perfect location, walk to Jontiem Beach, or spend 10 baht and get in a songthaew in any direction, the units are right on two main roads. Or motorbike taxis, if you dare!
The flats are also extremely quiet as many of the units are owned by residents, so it's not really a holiday block of flats, another nice feature.
The pick up from the bus station is a wonderful bonus, especially for first timers to Pattaya, the bus station is in the north part of town and the block the south, it's around a 300 + taxi fare otherwise.
Tuencahi is my first and basically only go to person when I go to Pattaya , again I wish to publicly thank her for her superior and professional work! See you next time!

How to get there
To get to Pattaya from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport you have many options. You can use public transport and get on a coach, you could use the airport limousine service, the airport taxi service or even get a metered taxi. We can also arrange airport transfers for 1,500 Baht each way. Once on the road, Pattaya is only around an hour and ten minutes from the airport, you will travel down to Pattaya on the new Motorway Number 7. There is a services stop about halfway between the airport and Pattaya, so if you wish to stretch your legs, or grab a coffee and a bite to eat then this is the best place, just ask your driver. Once you get to Pattaya the journey to the apartment couldn't be simpler, show your driver the map and address and they will know the way to go. If there is ever an issue and the driver is unsure, they can call our management team for directions. We are always there, and ready to be of assistance to our guests.
