The apartment was beautiful and extremely spacious...
The apartment was beautiful and extremely spacious . It had great AC. The huge living area was on the upper floor with two seating areas. There were four bedrooms down a flight of steps and 3 bathrooms. Two bathrooms were en suite. The beds were very comfortable, however three of the bedroooms had Queen size beds and the master had a queen and a pullout single bed. We were two couples and four teenagers. One of my grandchildren chose to sleep upstairs on a couch in order not to have to share a bed with his brother. The couch was quite comfortable but the apartment description said it slept twelve, leading us to believe there were more single beds.
The kitchen was amply stocked with dishes. Since we are strictly kosher, we chose to bring our own pots and utensils. The owner provided a Sabbath kettle and warming tray which we did use.
The owner provided towels, sheets and blankets, however we could have used a second set of towels and sheets. The combination washer dryer worked well, but we mostly dried clothes on the rack that was provided since the sun was very strong.
The super features of the apartment were the balconies, furnished with very comfortable outdoor furniture and the large table that seated 12. The elevator to the apartment was up 4 steps and was small. It was very useful for moving heavy suitcases and groceries or two adults. It is not a Sabbath elevator, so on Shabbat we walked up and down three flights of steps.
The location of the apartment is ideal. We were less than a five minute walk to the supermarket, restaurants and bakery on Emek Refaim. There are several synagogues nearby. Mamilla is a 12 minute walk. There are two great fruit stores up the road.
It would be very helpful if the owner provided some written instructions for checking in including WiFi and password, how to use hot water, washing machine and dryer as well as labels on drawers of utensils and plates indicating meat or milk.

The property manager was very nice and tried the best she could. We had no A/C in the bed rooms for 3 days and had to keep the windows open. We were all bitten by either mosquitoes or bed bugs?? It was difficult to tell. We should have been given a credit. Otherwise a nice place overall. The bedrooms are very small with the beds taking up the whole room. The communal bathroom door could not close. The place has a few maintenance issues. It is however in a good location and within walking (although not an easy walk) distance to the Kotel.

This property is beautiful and spacious in an incredible location. We spent 9 nights here for our sons wedding and it was particularly great for hosting a sheva Brachot meal for 15 people with more than enough room.
But… while Anath, the property manager was very responsive, we experienced 2 unexplainable power failures (needing to call and find out where to flip the switch on the fuse box), inconsistent hot water in the showers (Anath addressed, but never achieved hot showers that were lasting more than 5 minutes), and arriving to a kitchen and outside patio that were not well cleaned (Anath sent the cleaning team back). With the second cleaning, we still washed all dishes glasses and silverware before we used it.

We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment was great and spacious. Simy was super responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is great- right next to Mesila and Tachana Rishona. A few minutes walk to Emek Refaim. Busses to town close by. Would definitely stay again!

Apartment was amazing - very spacious , 2 porches ; lots of chairs to host a large group. Hosts were very responsive when we needed help. Air conditioner was great on main level - worked on the bedroom level but each bedroom was a different temperature some warmer than others . Overall great trip and would definitely recommend the apartment

Rooms on one level - living area on a separate level and plenty of space for our group of 5, lovely 2 balconies and plenty of kitchen items and space. no issues and well pleased with the property and loved the communication with the owner, he was always accomotading to any quesitons which were not much. Would recommend this property!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful apartment. It was very spacious with bedrooms for everyone to have their own, the living room/dining room/kitchen space with the beautiful balconies on either end were gorgeous, airy, and perfect for our needs. Moshe was wonderful to work with, and quit to reply with any questions or issues. Our family would definitely return to this apartment when we come back to Jerusalem!

This apartment really is as big as it looks in the pictures, and it’s in a fabulous location. It was very comfortable. There were a few problems: the induction stove didnt work until we Figured out that it only worked with certain pots, the hot water kettle kept blowing a fuse, some issues with the heat, and we needed to ask for more blankets (Jerusalem winter), we wished the apartment had been stocked with more. The manager was very nice to deal with on these issues. Overall I would recommend.
