Location, cleanliness.
Suggest hooks for clothes and/or towels in bathroom. Also, supply tissues as many other rentals do. Put up the shelf on the floor of the closet. More hangers with clips. Was only 1.

sleek and modern. Perfect bedding (Queen size I believe) and clean lindns. All emenities in kitchen. Even washing machine for clothing. Perfect location.
