The apartment were okay, but a bit worn. The patio was so filthy it could not be used.
Nonetheless, We were there for a month and had a wonderful time.
The price for the value was good.

We stayed at this wonderful apartment for 5 nights. Conveniently located to the Old City, Mamilla Mall, Ben Yehuda St. and shopping. Perfect location. Apartment was very nicely decorated and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive, both before our stay and during our stay. 5 Stars from us.

This is a great apartment in an incredible location right next to the Old City. The neighborhood is elegant. The apartment is located right behind the David Citadel hotel and next to the Mamilla shopping complex. Many tours depart from this hotel and you can get taxis from there. It is a 7 minute walk to Jaffa Gate - also another common departure location for tours. There is a well stocked convenience store near by and many restaurants within walking distance. Even though the managers are located in Tel Aviv, they have staff in Jerusalem who respond to any issues that come up. Once you book the apartment you get sent an email with a link to a guide that provides clear instructions about how to check in and operate everything in the apartment. They use WhatsApp to communicate and they confirm that this system is working before you arrive. This was helpful since we needed a few things during our stay. The managers responded promptly and addressed everything. Previous guests commented online about how the apartment is on a busy road and that this made it noisy. We stayed in winter and did not hear anything with the doors closed. For us the proximity to the Old City outweighed that issue. I also wanted a well equiped kitchen since we planned to make several meals at home and this one was great. We were very satisfied with this rental and feel.it was worth the money we spent.

This property is a short walk to the Old City and Mamilla Mall is right across the street. It couldn't be better located.
We did have a bit of a tough time finding the lock box with the key (especially since it was dark when we arrived and because the security guard sent us on a wild goose chase), but we eventually found it. The apartment was very clean overall but one of the washrooms hadn't been cleaned after the last guest left and we had to clean it ourselves. There also wasn't any soap. The good news is that when we told the property manager, he was extremely attentive, offered to send the maid to clean the washroom that day (we declined since we had already cleaned it), and had someone drop off soap by our door. So all was good.
Mattresses were very good (hard).
The photos are very accurate.
It was excellent value for the money. I can't stress enough how amazing the location is.

Amazing Amazing Location. Excellent and responsive property managers. The apartment really is pretty and spacious and very nicely furnished nice but might be time to update kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely is worth staying there for the location a five minute walk to the Jaffa gate. We would stay again .

The appartment was great. Very close to Old City Jerusalem, the light rail, wonderful markets and all of the attractions we were there to experience. Easy in and out of appartment, cooked in and ate out as we liked. All of the conveniences of home while on vacation. Convenient parking just steps to appartment below in garage. Will come back!
