Perfect choice
Great apartment, very clean, it had anything we needed. All systems are in a very good condition. And obviously the location is amazing. Alexandra was very responsive to our needs.

Should Have Been a 5 Star Experience - But Poor Management Turned it Into a 1 Star Stay
My wife and family booked this property for a 6 night stay before and after our daughter's wedding. Location, quality, ease of access, and a washer\dryer were critical as some guests swapped in and out over the course of the week. As detailed below, the apartment is excellent with a few flaws. But the management experience (still ongoing after 3+ weeks) should cause you to think twice.
Good
• The apartment is nicely sized in a beautiful building, located in an amazing neighborhood. Parking and security are great.
• The apartment itself is very nice. All rooms are comfortable and the bedrooms have great beds. Bathrooms are very nice.
Not So Good
• The smallest bedroom has no storage for any clothing.
• Provided towels and linens were inadequate. One medium bath towel and one hand towel was provided per bed. No hand towels were in bathrooms. No extra sheets or towels. We asked management for more and we received them pretty quickly. But they gave us a hard time about it.
• The apartment does not include a full set of dishes and utensils nor any paper towels and dish towels.
• The booking process was a bit complicated as we had to deal with multiple parties.
Bad
• Check-in was poorly managed. We were told that someone would contact us before check-in and that we would be met in the lobby but nobody did. After waiting about 30 minutes, we emailed the info@sweetstay account and we were taken care of remotely.
• The washing machine was broken and it took days dealing with multiple parties to be told it would not be fixed during our stay.
• Management agreed to refund us for laundry expenses plus some additional compensation but they never reimbursed us. For weeks, they have not replied to any email and text message of ours.

Andrea’s place is spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location—close to everything. The apartment is stunning, and the host is extremely welcoming and helpful.
