For my 6 couples and 3 singles, Segal Apartments were the most convenient accommodations for us. We rented 2 of the 2 bedroom apartments (3 couples each) and a 1 bedroom for the 3 singles.
Location: 7 minute walk to Mahane Yehuda Market, 30 minute walk to the Israel Museum, 5 minute walk to both Ha Davidka and Jafa Center light rail stations (to get to Yad Vashem), and 15 minute walk to the Old City (Jaffa Gate). So, it is very centrally located.
Apartments were big and immaculate. Upon opening the door, it smelled of soap. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to cook breakfast every morning. The balcony was an added plus.
Service: Although I never saw the owner (Avraham) he was more helpful than any concierge I ever worked with. He began by sending an information sheet containing instructions on how to get there, how to open the main doors, apartment doors, where to throw the rubbish, wifi code, etc. My numerous questions were answered by simple text messaging.
In short, highly recommend staying here!

Pleasruable stay
This is a great place to stay while in Jerusalem. The location is fantastic and the apartment is very clean and all necessities are provided. The wifi is very good. Only downside is that there is no (free) parking around... but then again, it is very hard to find parking in Jerusalem as it is! Very recommended place.

Excellent accomodation
Excellent accomodation with everything that was needed. The apartment was clean and exceeded our expectations. Avaraham (the owner) was helpful and if anything extra was needed he organised it quickly. The location is very central and near the shuk (Machane Yehuda Market), right near Ben Yehudah street and within walking distance of the Kotel. I have already reccomended the apartment to family and friends.

Great location!
This was a perfect apartment rental for my family (5 total). The location is perfect - go up the hill 4 blocks to the Shuk and go down a block to Ben Yehudah street where there are lots of shops and a big night life. There were a few good breakfast restaurants around the corner with a fun art fair that was going on Friday morning. Close walk to the light rail as well. The owner was available with a phone call when we needed extra towels. Two flat screen tv's, working internet, and a washer/dryer were definitely helpful with the family. We weren't in the apartment that much so the amount of space was perfect. We walked up one flight of steps which was easy, but there's an elevator if you needed it.

Great family vacation
I'm very glad I found this place on TripAdvisor. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Apartment is very clean. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you, Avraham!

An awesome place
A really nice and cozy apartment. Everything is very comfortable, clean and modern. The beds are very comfortable, the shower and bathroom is very good. Very good linen and towels. We were in the winter but the good heaters warmed well the apartment. The washing and drying machines are very good. All the furniture is good and modern. We didnt find any defect. And the treatment of the owner is the best possible. We certainly want to come back.

Great location for Old City touring
2 rooms (4 beds), Fridge, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Washer/Dryer, Internet, A/C plus ceiling fans made our stay great. Aside from the honking and traffic noises and the occasional thumping car stereo at rush hour to about 8/9pm, sleeping was good. I made several walks from the apartment to the old city and back again. We did rent a car, but you'll have to park on the street or in a parking garage which is only a block away from the apartment.
The only real downside was the rude cleaning lady who barged her way in twice while we were in the apartment and no dishwasher.
