Best location
This property is everything we expected and more! We had no problem fonding it and check in was easy. We didn’t know how to operate the A/C and someone came to help right away.
The two bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space and very comfortable beds with individual duvets! Each room has it’s own temperature control so we were all happy.
We were plaesed to see the living room could also be used as a bedroom as the sofa makes a comfortable twin sized sleeping spot and a door for privacy.
The balcony looks over a lovely park area and the entrance to the Ben Yehuda pedestrian street whete you can find fast food, groceries and coffee shops as well as souvenirs.
My most appreciated was the washer and dryer! After 2 weeks onnthe road it was wonderful to have clean clothes.
Tip: If you are having a guide or taxi pick you up tell them you will be at 33 Ben Yehuda ( a one minute walk ) as there is no place for a car to pull over at this property.

Nice for 4 people
This is a central location. We walked everywhere from here. The light rail is nearby, getting us easily to the bus to Tel Aviv. The apartment is clean.
There is one ensuite bathroom and one other, both with showers. There is also an additional toilet outside of these bathrooms. Showering is a bit of a challenge with both fixtures set very low, one only being a small wand. Water pressure is low-it's Jerusalem. We were two 55+ adults and two 24 ywar-olds. We managed the showers fine.
The beds are two twins pushed together. They were very comfortable. The rooms are spacious.
We barely used the kitchen but it seemed servicable and very clean. The laundry area is easy to use and very nice. The living room could use wnother sofa or two more comfortable chairs.
The owner was nicely accommodating of our delayed check-out.
It's a busy area and maybe not good for light sleepers.

Clean and convenient apartment in the center of town
We needed a place for a few days in Jerusalem as we weren't able to be in our apartment. From the beginning, there was good communication of check in instructions. They were flexible on times of check in and out. After we got in the apartment someone came by to check that we were satisfied. The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable. We were very happy with the place and would highly recommend it.

Amazing experience!
We have stayed in six different hotels in Jerusalem and each time we have been severely disappointed. Everything is overpriced and just generally not well kept. This apartment is its total opposite. Its super clean and well maintained is actually way way bigger than we imagined it would be. The two and half bathrooms is probably the best feature. It had a washer and dryer that was super convenient for when you are traveling and don't have a lot of space for clothes. Abraham the gentleman that runs the apartment is a gem.

o apartamento é exatamente como foi anunciado. o proprietário é atencioso. a localização é ótima. é confortável. fomos em duas pessoas e é bem espaçoso. o preço é meio caro, mas Jerusalém é uma cidade mais cara.

Great apartment
In short : great place, great apartment. All you need while on vacation. Close to the Old City, close to Makhane Yehuda, close to CBS. And last but not least - the owner. Very nice gentleman - helpful, reliable and honest. Full recommendation!

Es un departamento muy amplio, cómodo, muy bien equipado, muy bien ubicado en pleno centro de Jerusalem y a pocos minutos de la ciudad amurallada y las principales atracciones.
Tiene lavadero con lavarropas y secarropas. 1 Dormitorio con baño en suite, mesa con sillas para + de 10 personas, balcon al la calle.
No necesitas encontrarte con el propietario por las llaves y el propietario es muy amable (vino a visitarnos).

Great location, clean, spatious apartment, great amentities!
The apartment is in a great location, 10-20 minute walk to all of Jerusalem "must see" neighborhoods. The apt. was extremely clean, well designed with all amenities fully functional.
The kitchen is fully stocked, soaps/shampoos/towels in abundance, Maps, wi-fi and needed phone numbers are easily accessible and printed on pamphlets inside the apt. If you have a car, note that street parking is impossible so you must park your car in one of several close by paid lots.

Great location, great apartment, great landlord
We just completed our 3 night stay at this very comfortable and convenient apartment. We stayed here with our grown-up daughter. She had her own bedroom and her own bathroom. We had our own bedroom and our own bathroom. I set up my laptop/portable office on the large living room table. The kitchen is large and convenient. The washer and dryer are located in the separate room behind the kitchen. This is one very well designed apartment. You are one block away from King George Street and very close to the pedestrian promenade of Ben Yehuda.
There were a couple of small hiccups at the apartment which were addressed immediately by the landlord.
I would, without any hesitation, rent this apartment again and am wholeheartedly recommending it to anyone looking for a great value in apartment rental in Jerusalem.
During our 6 week stay in Israel during June 2014 we stayed in 3 different apartments. Avraham's apartment in Jerusalem was, hands down, the best of the three.
