You pretty much have a 1 bedroom flat complete with everything you’ll need. A receiving area, kitchen and a big comfy bed and closets. First of all the location is hard to find, because it is not a hotel even the airline chauffer did not know where the address is. Also there is no name outside of the bldg so we ended up circling the area for a good 45 minutes of wasted time which we could have used to settle in and maybe explore Amman. Secondly, the caretaker does not speak english, the number provided on etihad holiday’s booking confirmation was not even the direct contact person of the apartment. Lastly, as mentioned above it is not a hotel so room service is not provided. The place was complete but not spick and span. Had to clean the bathroom for me to feel more at home and relaxed. Water heater must be kept switched on and even then you’ll run out of hot water in the middle of your shower. The community was peaceful and quiet, lots of cab do pass by incase you want to go out late at night. Restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk away from the apartment. Will try to upload a map of the location to help you out incase you might book this place. Cab from the appartment (7th Circle) to the city like rainbow street or Roman ampotheather is around 2-3 JOD. Since we just stayed there for 5 days and all are days were booked for tours we barely spent our stay in the appartment but it was a good sleeping space to get ready for another day of tour. Absolutely beautiful! Very nice apartment. I only wish I could have stayed longer. The owner was great! A wonderful deal and in a good part of Jordan. The apartment is just in a regular apartment building and there is no sign or desk or anything like that. So, make sure you arrange to meet before your arriving. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Sorry, wesentliche Eigenschaften der Beschreibung werden nicht erfüllt. Klimaanlage war aus (angeblich) Energiespargründen nicht in Betrieb. Zentralheizung existiert nicht. Dafür gab es 2 elektrische Heizlüfter. Sicherheitsdienst ist der Hausmeister, keine Überwachung der Zugänge, von 24/7 keine Spur. Tiefgaragenzugang immer offen. Abgebildetes Sicherheitssystem nicht existent. Badezimmer entspricht nicht annähernd der Abbildung. Küche stark gebraucht. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer akzeptabel, entsprechend dem lokalen Standards. Aktueller Lageplan und unser Apartment liegen 2 km Luftlinie auseinander. Im 3. UG gelegen, Aussicht bestand aus Betonmauern. Für den halben Preis wäre es OK, so aber völlig überteuert.
