The space has excellent local services (approx two minutes walking distances) from cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and a corner shop. Very comfortable modern newly-built apartment complex. Other than the location which was a bit away from city center, this unit felt just right for me. Size, cleanliness, furnishings, etc.
