Ajman is a fantastic destination. It can be used in some cases as a base to explore Dubai, with good traffic, it normally does not take more than half an hour to Dubai. It is important to keep in mind that during rush hour driving to Dubai can be a little more painful.

This is a self contained independent studio, you have your own kitchenette in the main room, your own bathroom. Phonic isolation is fine in this brand new building.

There is no parking space belonging to the flat, but you can park easily near the Falcon Towers.

The 5 stars Kempinski has been for years the best hotel in Ajman. It is located in the Corniche area. Ajman has around 16 kilometers of white sandy beaches, probably the best spot on that coastline is in the Kempinski itself. Actually many people say that the Beach at that hotel is one of the best in the UAE.
In this laid back and tolerant emirate, alcohol is allowed and there is even a store where foreigners can buy affordable alcohol without any hassle, many buyers come from Dubai. Ajman comes as an excellent escape from the bustle and noise of the city with an opportunity to enjoy such a beautiful sea with turquoise waters and white sandy beaches like the ones that always seem to grace magazine covers.
The beach is peppered with lofty date palms, beneath which you will find local families picnicking.

As Ajman is located not far from the Dubai city center, Deira, you are actually more central there than in many new developments in Dubai such as International city, Dubai Marina, or Jebel Ali, some of which are not connected by the Metro. It actually takes more than one hour from the last station of the red line to the city center.

Bus tickets to Dubai cost 2 euros. ( By comparison,1,75 euros for 3 zones in Dubai metro, going from an out of the center location in Dubai to the city center (check in dubaimetro website dot eu slash tickets-card )

Taxi fares vary accordingly and are cheaper from Ajman (around 10 euros) than from far from the center locations in Dubai...

...especially if you avoid the peak hours in the early morning and come back later at night

Had a pleasurable stay,host was very nice and responded to all questions promptly The apartment had enough facilities to be comfortable The wifi worked great,so it was easy to stay in touch with family and friends Ajman itself is a beautiful city,loved every moment,can't wait to be back

DUBAI TO AJMAN: you should take the Dubaïbus, Intercity, which departs from the Metro station Union Square in Deira, the historical center of Dubai, it costs DH10. The service is available from 5am to Midnight, every 20 minutes.

If you come by taxi, ask the driver to follow the Corniche until Pizza Hut and turn right at the next roundabout, it is then nearly straight, check on Google maps.

AJMAN TO DUBAI : the buses depart from the Lulu Center (which you can locate in Google maps), you can get there by taxi for around DH6, many taxis pass by the Falcon Towers during the day and the night.
At Lulu Center, you can either take the regular bus, DH10, every 30 minutes, or the minibus more frequent, DH15.
