Well maintained apartment with beautiful view and great location, close to everything and good value for money.
Although it had a bad smell during our stay due to the aircondition, it didn't really bother us. Lee the owner was so accomodating and had tried to get the maintenance to fix it on a few occassions. Also offered us to stay at another apartment. Other than that, we had an awesome time and we'll come back here again!

Nice apartment, great location
Stayed here early April and although there remained a bad smell due to the air con unit, the maintenance team were made aware, and the owner was doing all he could to expedite the fix.
Great location, some building work nearby but hey it's Dubai where isn't there!! And was interesting to watch when kicking back and relaxing.
Loved the apartment, loved the view, really close to restaurants - 5 minute nice walk around Marina, and shop at foot of building well stocked and useful and decently priced.
The pool was out of order for maintenance during our stay and the Owner and maintenance team went out their way to find local alternatives - very well informed about everything.
Tram station couple of minutes walk away, Metro about 10 minutes walk.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Lee.

Bad Smell
The Apt was nice but we had a very bad smell in unit #1006 , Julius was helpful to try to rearrange us with another unit

As discussed on messages, my apologies for this and your inconvenience. I have followed up with the concierge team and it appears there was a fault with the air conditioning unit. As they are responsible for organising maintenance, I have asked them to get this fixed as soon as possible.

Spacious with a beautiful view
Great location, spacious apartment with the fantastic view over the marina (night and day) from the living space and balcony and great views from both bedrooms. Very clean any good value. The owner was more than helpful and gave us many tips. thank you.

Gorgeous view and great appartment
The owner was very helpful and friendly. The Torch is placed close to the Marina Walk and it was very nice to take a walk and have dinner there.
The appartment was clean and great and it felt like your own home.
Howdra concierge staff was marvellous and very kind and helpful.
There was supermarket at the main entrance of The Torch.
Everything was so good that we wanted to stay a while longer, but the holiday was over.
I recommend the apartment and will book the same place at the next trip.
