Two Bedroom apartment in Cooke Town, Bangalore. Cooke Town is a quiet and clean residential area. Shops and market within 5 minutes walking distance. Banks, post office all close by. The apartment is kept very clean and is well furnished. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, cupboards, dresser etc. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, cupboards, dresser and writing table. Living room has a sofa set, television with cable connection. Kitchenette is furnished with gas stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, utensils and other esential items for the kitchen. Dining table and chairs. There are two big balconies and there is a washing machine as well.

Wonderful place to stay. Warm hospitality.

Furnished, clean, reasonably large bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean linen, dresser, cupboards... The living room is small but comfortable. The well-appointed kitchenette was a blessing - we could make coffee, heat up food got from the nearby restaurants (which were quite good) in the microwave, toasted bread... makes life easy when you are traveling with kids or senior citizens. Wonderful tree shaded terrace at the back and another one in front. There is even a little library. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby which seem to stock everything one would want. Thoughtful, warm hosts. Couldn't ask for more... my daughter says when we went out sightseeing she felt a little 'holiday-home-sick' and wanted to get back in there!

A very pleasant stay in the holliday home with really good hospitable hosts

Close to all transport. Taxi service by phone is excellent. Not far from M.G. road and Commercial street. Convenient to hotels and local shops and the Village supermarket. If you want food to be delivered it is just a phone call away. Excellent service by the owners.

Home away from home

+ Good Residential area, easy to buy groceries, easy to take auto taxi, private, space, very clean.. - auto taxi guys pretend as if they do not know the place and try to take a ride..if we insist on meter they take a city tour or ask for +30/40 INR than the meter..else charge 150% (night ride after 10pm careful) So use names like near railway station, near Frazer Police station 2nd lane after by pass..Next to Hutchison Road, Near Davis road etc Address 33, Cline Road, Cooke town Pay for wi-fi INR50 a day?? Great people who owns it...

Cooke Town is next to Cox town, Frazer Town. Thomas town. Cline road branches out from Davis road. It is in between Davis Road & Lloyd Road, from Pottery road. Roads are good. It is just 3.5 kms to MG Road which is the town and shopping area. Taxis & and autos are available. It is about 45 minutes drive to the international airport. There are many parks around with childrens play equipment. Banks, shops, supermarkets churches are all within walking distances. Quiet and clean area.

From the airport taxi is the best means of transport to Cooke Town. You can also take the Airport bus, but you will have to get down closer to Cooke Town and take an auto or taxi to No. 33 Cline Road. Wheeler Road and Davis Road are close to Cline Road. Cline Road branches out from Davis road. Cline Road is in-between Hutchins road and Lloyd road.
