Nicole and I live in Ra'anana, which is a short drive away. Whenever possible we like to greet our guests in person upon arrival. However, if that's not possible, our guests are in good hands with a front desk that's open 24/7. The concierge will hand over the keys and we're a phone call away. In fact we leave a cell phone in the apartment for your use while in Israel. We are happy to help you plan your trip and be of assistance to you in any way that we can. Forgive us if we try to convince you to move to Israel :)

So glad you enjoyed it! We've since added a sofa bed in the living room in case friends drop by. Also put in new windows and flooring in the upper two stories. Come back soon!

Awesome apartment. The perfect location and an ideal "beach" accomodation

Such a great apartment. Located across from the sea and the Acadia hotel. Parking in the building garage. Beautiful furniture tastefully done. Amazing hi def Apple TV. They have thought of everything - equipped for your every need Loved it - will go back again

About the neighbourhood
Tiferet By the Sea is, as we say, right by the sea. Here you can swim, surf, sail, kite surf, paddle board or simply stay put and make sand castles with your kids. (We provide a bag of sand castle making toys plus boogie boards and tennis rackets.) There are places on the beach to rent water sports equipment. There are tennis courts across the road and a heated pool available to those in the building (open from April through November). There is an Italian restaurant right in the building and many fine quality restaurants in the nearby Arena Mall and on Rehov Maskit in Herzliya. Just up the road is Apollonia National park with a Roman Villa that dates back to the first century, a moat and a Crusader fortress.
Getting around
The Herzliya Train station is a 30-minute walk from the apartment or a 20-minute bus ride away. To get to central Tel Aviv, take the 90 bus which stops just five minutes from the apartment. The sites, restaurants and nightlife of Tel Aviv are a 35-minute bus ride away!
