Apartment designed by professional designer. Comfortable accommodation for 3 persons. A separate bedroom with comfortable double bed, large wardrobe. There are 2 windows overlook to the small yard. Living-room with open kitchen and corner sofa, which can be an extra bed if necessary. There are three zones with warm floor - in the kitchen, in the living-room and in the bath room. The kitchen has all main equipment -dishwasher, gas stove, fridge,kettle, dish. Spacious bathroom has a shower cabin. Hot water is always available. Also there are washing machine, hairdryer, towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo. Also there are an iron, iron desk. Wifi and TV are also available. It's a separate apartment, only guests will live there. We are always in touch, and help with accommodation, documents,...Apartment designed by professional designer. Warm cosy and good location

Well equipped and laid out apartment. Good location for getting to main attractions. Hosts really helpful with recommendations for restaurants and advice on visas and travel.

Excellent place!

Excellent place and hosts! The only thing is you have to walk a little to get to any public transport station, but taxis are still cheap to move around.

Perfect apartment

We really love this hidden gym. It’s close to all major sites. Super clean. Love the decor. Bed is really comfortable. Very quiet at night and we had very good sleep. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable apartment in a central location

Apraksin street is small and quite area, deriving its name from Count Apraksin who owned the plot. Sennaya Square 1km from this street and it is a large city square in Central Saint Petersburg, located at the crossing of Garden Street, Moskovsky Prospekt, and Grivtsova Lane. Sadovaya Street or Garden Street is a major thoroughfare in Saint Petersburg,passing through the historic city center. There are many cafes and restaurants within a radius of 1km. On Gorohovaya street you can find restaurants for every taste. There are 2 shopping malls within 1 km, with all kind of services and large grocery shop- Perekrestok.
Getting around
There are three metro lines near this area - Sennaya Plochad', Sadovaya and Spasskaya. It is also a bus station. Nevsky prospekt is 1,5 km from this area. Just 100 m from the apartment is the boat station wich offers different directions of the boat trips on channels. The most convenient option to see sights is walking.
