Mokhovaya street is a vibrant, trendy, family area with a suburban feel (much quieter than any central Saint Petersburg location). People love it here because you have everything on your doorstep... pub, bars, tapas bar, coffee shops, restaurants and parks. There is a Local supermarket across the road. The nearest subway stations are Gostiny Dvor, Nevsky prospect and Mayakovskaya. Large apartment of 160 sq.m. with high ceiling of 3,8 m. has 3 separate bedrooms+couch in the living room. Great apartments and location

Spacious and clean apartments, good location, welcome water / fruit, late check-out (by appointment), quick communication. In general, the apartments and the communication with Zulya left pleasant impressions, I recommend it!

amazing apartment

It is very spacious and at the same time cozy apartment. All the basic things are there. A lot of dishes and glasses, what sometimes can be an issue, very nice bathroom, enough towels... We really enjoyed our stay!.

Much better than the photo
