This apartment is of a very high standard, it has recently been completely rebuilt. There 3 bedrooms, one king with ensuite, one queen and one with two single beds (which can be joined on request to make a king size). The bedrooms face the courtyard and so are very quiet. On the road side are the kitchen, living room & study. We can put a single rollaway in the study if you need a 4th sleeping space. This is our second apartment in St. Petersburg....This apartment is of a very high standard, it has recently been completely rebuilt. About the neighbourhood
We are 1 block from St. Isaac's Cathedral, you can see it from the our balcony. It is a 750 metre walk to the Marinsky Theatre. A 400 metre walk to the Yusupov Palace - where Rasputin met his end.
Getting around
There are 3 metro stations nearby all about 15 minutes. Sennaya (Purple 5, Orange 4, Blue 2), Admiraltiskaya (Purple 5) and Nevsky (Blue 2, Green 3). There are busses that go up Nevsky just 200 metres away across the Moika river and behind the disheveled ‘house of Radio’ which was converted from a dutch reformed church by the soviets. Often the easiest thing is to use a taxi app (Uber, Yandex Taxi, Gett or Taxovichkof)
