    Loved the rental. It had great decor. Very clean. We rented the west half, and it was just two of us so we only used the main floor. The kitchen setup was great, plenty of room to cook and we really enjoyed sitting at the counter eating and having our morning coffee. Tina, the owner was easy to work with!

    We have stayed the Camp David Beach House for four years in a row and are booking our fifth trip this week. We didn't know what to expect on our first trip, but the house was perfect. We were welcomed by the clean smell and amazing interior. We loved the space for our family of 8. We have older kids...

    We had a wonderful time, Tina was a great person and we could not have asked for the stay to have been any better. The beach house was everything we were promised and the beach was so easy to access. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    * We do not rent to anyone under 32 years of age, Spring Breakers and/or Hang Out Festival groups.

    Our beach house is exactly 2 miles from where Hwy. 59 and West Beach Blvd. intersect (at the Hang-Out). The house sits across the street from, and facing the beach/ocean....we have a great view of both! From the front door to the waters edge is about 100 yards.
