    We stayed at this villa no 3 with our family on new year We had real great time.. Excellent service by Suresh n team as caretaker Rekha and aradhana was so prompt on any of queries.. Kitchen was well maintained with all needed corckeries n accessories Nice spacious and cozy living area.. Lawns n Sitouts were also nicely planned... Pool...

    Ten minutes off the Panjim bridge this home is perched up on top of a hill, overlooking the grand vistas of the of river Mandovi back water. It offers peace and quiet with nature at your doorstep. Engulfed in a thick Goan rainforest, it serves as a perfect place to get disconnected form the world. The home is very contemporary in its design with a whiter than white complexion. A private garden to enjoy with family and friends. Plus a semi private open air pool overlooking the backwaters. This home serves as a good base camp to explore all of North Goa with close proximity to beaches, various dining options, old Goa, Panjim city, casinos, and multiple art and theatre options.

    The villa is located in a complex of a handful homes in a quiet village of North Goa called Britona. The historic town of Panaji is a 10-minute drive and Old Goa, Charao & Ribandar are close-by as well.

    - Get tons of rest, soak in the peace and quiet, just do nothing but eat, sleep, and go for a plunge in the swimming pool…
    - Seafood BBQ in the garden, with fresh seafood catch from the local fish market at Betim Jetty. Prawns and Kingfish are highly recommended.
    - Early morning sunrise over the river Mandovi right from your front balcony, best enjoyed with many cups of Darjeeling tea
    Getting around
    Parking is available on site if you are driving to us in your own vehicle. Taxis are available at all public transport venues and can be arranged by a call from the villa as well. A self-drive car can also be arranged if required.

    • SUGGESTED EXPERIENCES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
    - When you feel like getting out, you have tons of options just a 25-45 min away, depending on your mood
    - The Betim Jetty is always an experience of the local fish market and also a ferry ride across to Panjim (10-minute drive)
    - Head to Panjim for a meal, massage, shopping, site seeing. The foot, neck & shoulder massages at Snip come highly recommended. BSB and Mums Kitchen are a must try for a meal. (20 min drive)
