Each week, the club hosts a wide range of events from sushi and pizza nights, happy hour drink specials, live entertainment, children’s activities, and special gatherings for the holidays throughout the year including Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, and Thanksgiving. Fitness classes are offered for a small fee on the roof-top deck several mornings a week including strength and yoga classes. And if you have any golfers in your group, they will get the chance to play in what is known as the best golf course in Costa Rica! This spacious home away from home offers an open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Surprise your guests with exquisite homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, and then retreat to either the living room to watch a favorite show or movie on the TV, or to the covered patio, which offers an inviting seating area, an outdoor dining table, and a gas grill - the perfect setting for barbecues! There is a designated laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi and central AC. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests can use the Beach Club of Reserva Conchal without any charge. Guests must go down 30 steep stairs to reach this vacation rental. No elevator is available. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
