I stayed at Casa Symbiotica for my 30th birthday trip and it was everything I wanted in the home I was looking for (and more). I came with my family and friends and my group was 12 women total. Everyone loved the property, all the amenities that came with it, and how spacious the house is. The communication with the property manager was great and she (Maria) was very accommodating. My group also booked a private chef that was recommended by a family member for all of our meals and he (Mario) was amazing and my friends/family loved every meal! Booking the property was straight forward and the Owner (Mitch) answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend Casa Symbiotica.

We spend a week at Casa Symbiotica as a group of eleven, consisting of two families, with a total of 6 children and a babysitter. The house was spacious and beautifully laid out, providing lots of comfort and entertainment for kids and adults. The two 3-year-olds loved the more shallow part of the pool, while the older kids were excited about the jumping board, movie theater, and game room. The staff was lovely and responded quickly to all needs. The tours we booked through Casa Symbiotica were well organized and worth their value. Flamingo Beach is magical and close by. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend the stay at Casa Symbiotica!

We stayed as a group of 4 families with kids of ages 3-11. The pool, the media room, the play room, the basketball and tennis... All were a huge hit with the kids. That left the adults free to enjoy the gorgeous view and sunsets and cook amazing dinners in the open footprint kitchen and outdoor area. I highly recommend the place!

Stayed for 2 weeks. Family of five. Never had a single issue with the host. Five stars!!!!

This was our first time at Casa Symbiotica and this area but seventh trip to Costa Rica. We will be back as this was our favorite place we have ever stayed at. We are two families (11 total) traveling many times together and these were our favorites about the house mostly in order: linens and comfortable beds, large rooms, views and sunsets, heated pool and hot tub, diving board, game room, movie room, grill, and kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Luigi cooked us two amazing meals and Ariana was amazing and with us most days cleaning the house to perfection. This place will create memories for your family in a first-class way!

We absolutely fell in love with this area of Costa Rica. Mar Vista is a little sanctuary in the hills. The house was absolutely magical. Plenty of space, views from everywhere, perfect layout for our group. We have never been back to the same place but we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we return! Exceptional.

This was our third visit to Casa Symbiotica and, once again, it was perfect. Beginning when we arrived and walked through the entrance doors and found ourselves again entranced by the view of the infinity pool appearing to spill into the Pacific to the day we left when I spent my morning floating in the warm pool and being served breakfast poolside, I could not have asked for more. Every day was a delight. Lots of new restaurants have opened in the area, most of which are local and unique. That added to what we have come to know as the most relaxing and perfect vacation spot on earth. The house was spotless, all the amenities (and more) were there. Everything worked and all we had to do was "enjoy"! This visit was a little different since we invited 4 other family members to join us. Two were mid 60s and two were in their 30s. In spite of the age differences everyone remarked what an extraordinary vacation this was . Much of that was attributable to this wonderful venue and its excellent location. How much did we really like it? Well, I've already booked my next trip. PS. Mitch returned 100% of my damage deposit within 7 days of our visit. I guess the lesson is if you don't break, lose, steal, or damage stuff you get your money back promptly.

This was our second time at Casa Symbiotica. It just keeps getting better. The house is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the infinity pool is spectacular. There were nine of living together for one week and we had plenty of space, I can't say enough about the gorgeous outside space as well as all of the various indoor living spaces. This home far surpasses any five star hotel we have stayed in. I would totally recommend this house for anyone wanting a luxury, serene and beautiful accommodation in Costa Rica.

We just returned from 10 days at the Casa Symbiotica and had a marvelous time! We had a party of 9 and had plenty of room for all. The pool was amazing and the kids never wanted to leave the house. My daughter loved not having chlorine in her eyes too. We all enjoyed the movie room, and the grandparents were in heaven watching old movies and documentaries. We developed a friendship with the two housekeepers who cleaned so thoroughly and joyfully. I enjoyed walking the steep hills in the mornings and finishing off the workout in the amazing exercise room. No one ever had to to wait for laundry as there are two complete sets of equipment. We cooked and loved the outdoor eating and lounging spaces especially. The Auto Mercado in Tamarindo had all groceries we needed, and many imported items we used at home. We did eat out at some great places as well. The Surf Box was a hit as well as Gracia in the development. The kids enjoyed surfing lessons at Latitude on Playa Grande, and with their expert teachers, were able to stand almost immediately! We loved the zip line and sunset catamaran as well. The sail is not for the snorkeling, but the swim, sunset and company. We jumped from the boat to the water repeatedly, and as the sun was setting, a sailboat in front of us obliged and we got the perfect shot. This was a highlight. The bunk room was astounding, with three bunk beds, 2 trundles, and individual lights and switches for each. We loved the decor throughout this exceptional home. No review is complete without talking about the sunsets from this property. They are breathtakingly beautiful and cause one to start thinking about how to transport careers to Costa Rica to enjoy this view and life all of the time! We have hundreds of silhouette photos at sunset to remember this wonderful week. Thank you Mitch and Amy for your hospitality.
