Our family was absolutely taken away by the beautiful villa, the amazing surroundings, and the most wonderful people ever! The resort and villa were even better than the owner's description. We look forward to having our family back here again very soon!

Great location, perfect for family with infants. With the beach and pool being so close from the room, it made for a very convenient trip!!! Would def go again .

Overall, it was excellent. However, it wasn’t without a few issues that were more of a nuisance than a major problem such as a lack of electrical outlets, some of which didn’t work, a shower that didn’t work well, broken toilet paper holder. However, management was very responsive and did their best to correct the problem.

Perfect 6 day stay

Staying at The Palms in Costa Rica was one of my families favorite vacations. The location was perfect with so much to do in Playa flamingo and the surrounding areas. The villa was great….clean….amazing staff….we hope to visit the The Palms again soon!!!!

We loved our family time here at the palms!!! The pool and beach were so calming and fun. We spent our first half of the trip doing activities near Arenal…the palms was a great place to chill after all the adventure!! My only complaint was that we could not play catch in the pool abd we did not know until we signed the release the day before our stay began. We just played catch on the beach instead and enjoyed all the sun and beauty! The staff was super kind and outgoing and even helped us practice and learn Spanish!!

Beautiful property, great location, had everything you could ever need! Had an issue at check in, wasn’t given the property we had rented, the owner said it wasn’t available. The property we were given didn’t have enough beds for our family, wasn’t super clean, and the dishwasher was broken. After jumping a few hoops and and having to switch to a few different villas in the first two days, they were able to find us a villa (still not the one we rented) that could accommodate our family nicely. Overall, even with the “wrong villa” issue we would stay here again! Staff was excellent and concierge was so helpful! I think the issue with room not being available had more to do with the owner of the villa and not securing our reservation and not the actual property.

This was a great vacation for us and our two kids. The location and all amenities are perfect for a family. They’re a little rule heavy on the pool (no toys in the pool) which was a bit hard with the kids but other than that 5/5. The place was clean, staff were amazing - we are coming back next year! Also loved that our grocery delivery was ready and waiting for us when we checking in!

I hate to give a rave review because I want to keep this place all to myself! :) It was absolutely majestic - the setting, the furnishings, the beach, the pool...and the people of Costa Rica may be some of the most kindest hosts.
