Pamela is the best host! She gave us tips on what to do in the area. She called Goose, a tour operator, that called us to set up an itinerary of what we wanted to do and then made an plan for a private day tour. The condo was super clean, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops! All the restaurants in the plaza (walking distance) were really good! They had a farmers market every Monday and we bought tons of soaps, lotions, jewelry and candles made in Costa Rica. The location was perfect and it had everything we needed like beach chairs, coolers, floaties, umbrella, beach towels, coffee, milk, laundry soap and some toiletries. The condo is centrally located to explore the difference beaches and beauty of CR. The beds were comfortable. The condo is bigger in person. We want to buy this place to enjoy it over and over! The hill to the beach is not bad and it has a great views of playa flamingo. The 4 balconies from the unit gave us the best sunrises and sunsets. You cannot beat listening to the sound of waves everyday! Thanks Pamela for an awesome first trip to Costa Rica! Pura vida! We will be back!

This was the perfect beach condo for a visit to Playa Flamingo. Pamela was very responsive and thorough with details about everything. The condo has everything you need for your stay and Pamela goes above and beyond with the little things to welcome you to her place. She provides coffee and milk as well as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, trash bags, plastic wrap, etc. Also it was very nice to have large beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers for our use. The beds are super comfortable and the showers are huge! No complaints at all about our stay.

This condo was amazing, from the beautiful views to the FABULOUS property. It was modern, well appointed, CLEAN, lovely pool, and everything was in working order. Pamela was GREAT providing amenities and very helpful recommendations for the area.

Beautifully appointed Condo with stunning ocean views and sunsets. The Condo is very clean and well maintained by Pamela, the owner who resides nearby and is easily accessible. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals at home. We also enjoyed using the BBQ on the balcony. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfy and the main balcony is spacious. We spent 5 amazing weeks there. Lovely people, long walks on the beach and many interesting sidetrips were taken. My family and I stayed in Oceanica 826 for a week before Christmas. The condo is exactly as described. Everything is in perfect shape and many things (including the washer and dryer) are new. The unit was extremely clean. The view is great (as the pictures indicate) even though the unit is on the third floor. The best thing about the rental, however, is the owner. Pamela was outstanding from the moment we booked. She arranged a rental car for us and provided lots of great advice. A few restaurant recommendations: Papaya just south of the Westin Conchal and Angelina's. Our son enjoyed his surf lessons at Iguana Surf in Tamarindo. Covid testing was easy. We did it at the Beach Side clinic in Huacas. The online form was simple and we got our results quickly. We did have to go to the clinic in person to get an appointment (although I think we could have just shown up). Overall, an an outstanding stay in an outstanding unit. We will definitely try to book here when we come back.

Pamela let us in the unit early and met us at the property. Communication was easy and prompt. The attention to detail is fantastic. The master bed was comfy (we didn’t use the other bed) as was all of the furniture. It felt like a throwback to the early days of vrbo when you weee really living in someone’s home. There were sharp knives!!! Everything you need to cook at home was provided. The pool is small and cold but has a nice rancho attached. The walk to the beach is fine but walking back is a challenge unless you are pretty fit. We had a car and used it daily as there is little in the way of grocery or other shopping. There is a great bakery up the road - agua y sel - some of the best pastries I have had. We moved to a different unit in the same complex and are very sad that we didn’t stay at Pamela’s for the entire visit

Great unit, great views and great beach (really good for body surfing). Had a great time and loved the location. Will definitely be back.

Pamela is a very attentive and helpful Host. She offered to help us with our car rental and tours before we arrived in Costa Rica. Upon arriving she met us at the condo and gave us a quick tour, hints on keeping cool, and offered suggestions for our stay. The condo is well stocked with towels, dishes, beach essentials; such as towels, chairs, coolers, ect. The corner location was perfect especially for enjoying the ocean view. We enjoyed our stay in Playa Flamingo so much we extended our stay 2 days. We would definitely get in touch with Pamela when we return and would most definitely recommend renting this condo. .
