The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful well stocked condo with all the amenities you could want. Quiet end of amazing beach for walks and sunsets. Property owner is amazing with helpful contacts and provided an excellent itinerary for our time there. Condo complex is beautiful well maintained and staff were all very helpful. Loved the pool and beach just steps away from condo. We would love to go back and stay in this condo.

Beautiful condo on the perfect white sand beach. We have three kids spanning the ages of 4 to 17. All had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, the grounds were beautiful. The only problem we had was construction in the unit next-door. Lisa did her best to address the problem, which we appreciated. Dinner at Castille de Lilo was a highlight — an experience not to be missed!

What a great villa just steps from the ocean and pool.. Lisa was always available for questions and everything was beautiful. Perfect accommodations for two couples, from the incredible views, beach, wonderful concierge service, to a delicious first night dinner prepared by Chef Leo. You can’t expect a better vacation. Don’t miss this one!

We absolutely loved everything about this villa from the start to finish. It is beautiful, clean, modern with a beach flair. Had absolutely everything we needed. Loved the proximity to the pool, beach, and walking distance to some restaurants, and shops. Loved the ease of communication with the Villa owner as well as the on site concierge. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Not one single complaint. Best rental ever!

Your search is over! This villa is absolutely perfect in every way. Staying at Villa 28 at The Palms was the highlight of our vacation in Costa Rica. It is such a special place. It is located on THE best beach- one of the only white sand beaches in CR! Has a wonderful staff- drink service by the pool, exceptional cleaning service, and a prompt concierge who will make dinner and excursion reservations for you. Each night our family would settle by the infinity pool or lounge on the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets… 😍 there’s nothing better. My daughter and I were able to get a massage just steps away from the villa on our last day- and they were amazing! The villa is beautifully decorated- clean, very well kept, from the comfortable beds, to the well stocked kitchen, we truly felt right at home. Lisa is the sweetest host. She was very quick to answer any questions we had about the area, villa, etc. We truly appreciated how easy she was to work with- she helped make our vacation one to remember. Great for couples, families, or groups… quiet, peaceful, and PERFECTLY located. Highly recommend!! We hope to come back! Pura Vida!!
