Villa1 was exactly as pictured in the photos and was a really, really great experience for my family. It was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely well stocked!!! Everything about our experience was just as described—perfect! The villa was beautiful, steps from the beach and watching sunsets from our patio. Just what my family needed, a safe and relaxing vacation!

The Palms was a bit of a splurge for us, but we loved the idea of being on the beach. We were SO glad we did it, and even happier we chose Villa 1. It was the most amazing location in the most amazing complex on the most amazing beach in the country. The concierge service was phenomenal, as was the daily housekeeping (even though we didn't really think we needed it). Listening to the ocean waves at night, lounging on the patio in front of the beach, and sipping cocktails from the infinity pool every day at sunset MADE our Costa Rica experience. This was very much worth it.

Las Palmas was everything it was advertised, and then some.

This villa was amazing and everything I thought it would be and more. The wife could not believe the house or it’s location to the beach! The staff were some of the best I’ve ever encountered… Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was an end unit and it had an incredible view of the ocean and was steps from the pool and beach. The concierge team was awesome, friendly and very accommodating. The unit was extremely clean and was well stocked with everything. We hope to back!

Our stay in Villa 1 was exceptional. The view was breathtaking. The beds slept well. The villa was very clean and looked just like it is pictured. If we go back to Playa Flamingo we will be staying here again.

Well appointed kitchen and cookware. We had a wonderful time - we travel together all over the world and this was one of our most relaxing and most satisfying trips. Sunset views were remarkable and unforgettable. We had private Chef Leo come to our Villa two nights - the meal creations were absolutely amazing!!

This is a absolutely beautiful townhouse perfectly situated on the most prime location on Playa Flamingo which is one of the very finest beaches in Costa Rica! Oh and the people at this place are super nice and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Who could ask for more?

The villa is more beautiful than the photos convey. Every amenity and more awaits guests. Fantastic sheets, bedding, towels, etc… We’ve never seen a kitchen at a vrbo rental so we’ll stocked with appliances and gadgets. The Palms is in a beautiful location. It is an extremely high end, well constructed condo resort. The views are amazing. The beach is no more than 50 feet from your door. There are two porches/balconies to relax on and look out over the hills and ocean. Wonderful for walking, but the swimming is not too enjoyable. You get fairly large waves rolling in as the beach faces the open ocean. Excellent for surfing though. There are several calmer, more protected beaches to the north - close by. Will comfortably sleep 4 people. The extra bed(3rd bed) is in a cramped, claustrophobic loft. But maybe a child might find it fun. Truly a wonderful place to stay when in the playa flamingo area. Would definitely rent this gorgeous unit again!
