Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms - sleeps 8 plus an additional 2 Master bedroom with two single beds which can be moved to create a super king sized bed on request 2 Twin bedrooms each with two single beds 1 Bunk bedroom with a set of full sized bunk beds There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can be used on request to sleep up to 2 additional guests Sitting room: The sitting room is perfect for a group of 8 with plenty of seating, TV and DVD player. There is an open fire for those colder days and patio doors leading out to the private garden and decked area in front of the house Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and everything else you will need for your self catering or golfing holiday. Open plan dining area There is lovely open plan dining area with a dining table to seat up to 8 guests Snug / Study/Playroom There is a Snug/ Study/Playroom which offers the perfect place for children or adults to enjoy some time away from the main sitting room/ dining room areas! This room has plenty of desk space should you wish to work while you are here. There are opening doors leading to the private patio garden. Sun Lounge There is a small sun lounge which overlooks the private garden. Bathrooms: Ground floor shower room with a full walk in shower, with WC and wash hand basin. Family bathroom on first floor with bath and hand held hose, WC and wash hand basin Utility Room There is a small utility room which is home to the washing machine and tumble drier. Outside: There is a mature garden to the front of the cottage, plus a decked area leading directly off from the lounge. The property benefits from a garden to the front laid to grass with attractive apples trees and an enclosed courtyard to the rear. There are table and chairs provided for you to enjoy the summer weather. Goose Green is directly in front of the property which is perfect for parking/ walking the dogs and for the little ones there is a super play park for the children to enjoy. For the not so sunny, perfect days, you can relax in the snug conservatory with a good book and a hot cup of your choice. This property is perfectly located for the family self catering holiday with your dog Great walks, easy location for the Gullane beach and Main Street shops. If you are a golfer this property will suit all your needs. The property is right on the doorstep of 5 international golf courses in the village and easy driving distance to any of the top 16 golf courses along the coast line and in the East Lothian area. Keys can be collected from a security box located at our holiday property any time from 4pm on arrival day, allowing guests the flexibility to collect keys later if required. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are available to answer queries and share information about must see places to visit, ensuring that guests get the most from their stay.

Ideal for our family with three children, grand parents and dogs. Quiet position within easy walk of beautiful sandy beach and an outlook over large village green. Parking no problem and plenty of places to visit as well as an easy trip into Edinburgh. Rooms...More

About the neighbourhood
The surrounding area of Gullane boasts an abundance of stunning beaches and pretty farmland. Although less than an hour from Edinburgh, the pace of life is very different. There are lots of pretty towns and villages, with a great choice of gastro pubs, restaurants and quirky independent shops and galleries, offering everything from original art to handmade chocolate! There is a huge choice of things to do, including popular destinations such as The Scottish Seabird Centre, The National Museum of Flight, Tantallon or Dirleton Castle and Gardens and of course, a day trip to the beautiful capital of Scotland.
Getting around
Gullane is conveniently located for Edinburgh airport (50 minutes) the city of Edinburgh is around 40 minutes by car or just over half an hour by train. North Berwick & Drem train stations are a short drive away with regular trains along the coastal route to Edinburgh. There is also a regular bus service to various places of interest, including Edinburgh.
