The best place to stay in Cagayan de Oro after a hectic day in town, doing your business and shopping! away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre.
There are taxi's you can call to take you to the City centre. Within 10 to 15 minutes drive depending on traffic.
The Bus terminal is nearby and also the City Port.

Die Unterkunft liegt in Meeresnähe. Mit dem Motorilla oder einem Jeepme kommt man kostengünstig in die Stad. Man sollte aber mit den Gepflogenheiten auf den Philippinen vertraut sei. Ich würde wieder dort buchen.

Perfect
The place is so quite and the room is fully furnished. Mr. Lawrence is also very helpful. The place is closed to the sea and market place is just a nearby. The room is wide enough for two and the terrace is overlooking with lagoon. We will recommend the place to our friends.

Local places to eat:
- there are small 'sari-sari' stores selling cooked food nearby
- there is also a local bakery
- there is Jolibee, if you fancy fast food. About 14 minutes away by sikad.
- the Market is 8 minutes away by sikad, you can buy fresh fish and vegetables, I would recommend to go early in the morning.
- NHA is a place nearby which has small convenience shops that sell most necessities, there are also Laundry facilities and internet cafes.
Places to go
- if you fancy a drink and karaoke, a traditional Filipino passtime, there is a local filipino style bar by the beach near us only 5 minutes away by sikad.
- If you want to relax by the seaside in comfort, there is a resort close by called Sonrisa. It is only 8 minutes away by sikad.
- If you want a casual seaside stroll it is only 4 minutes walk from Kendall Place.
Taxis or cars are recommended for the following:
- Divisoria has plenty of places to eat, shops and restaurants and is open until 10:00pm
- MALLS: Gaisano City, Ayala Mall and Limketkai and SM city are nearby
- In Opol the by-the-sea restaurants are open until 10:00 pm
- For fun loving activities: There is water rafting in Mambuaya, Cagayan de Oro (this activity we can help you arrange with the tour operator)
- Zip-lining in Dahilayan
- a visit to Makahambus cave
*sikad - a man operated bicycle with a seated space attached. This is a convienient way to get around to local destinations!

From the Airport - Take a metered Taxi. Tell the taxi to take you to 'Bayabas National High School'. Take the route to Diversion road. We are right next to Bayabas High School. The high school is the Landmark.
