Unit C is a two bedroom, one bath upper floor condo of 900 square feet, with both a front porch sitting area on the upper level, and a private patio on the lower. This unit faces the west, and looks over the nature preserve towards the ocean and sunset. Just redecorated, the unit is fresh and attractive, and a perfect size for a smaller party. Don't worry about stowing your gear, though, as the attached double garage will hold anything that you can lug along on the trip.

We had a great trip! The Condo is clean, nice light, private, close to the beach and close to town. The kitchen is a bit old but is functional.

Our little town has all that you need for relaxation, beach, shopping, and fun activities whether you are a kid or a big kid. Our property on Dorrance has the flavor of the past with the accommodations that you want for your family today. Located within two blocks of just about everything, it's a short, 2 block, walk to the beach and wildlife sanctuary in one direction, and Linden Avenue's shops and restaurants in the other.
