The Den/Office has a desk, chair, ceiling fan and a queen sofa sleeper. The living room has a plush sofa, coffee table, end table and two well cushioned chairs. It is adjacent to the dining room and receives plenty of natural light from the sliding-glass door in that room.
The dining room has six comfortable chairs and a thick glass-top table. The room receives ample sunlight from numerous windows that over- look the pool, spa, lake and golf course.
The adjoining kitchen offers gourmet cooks plenty of space, including a center island, to create delicious meals. The kitchen has ample maple cabinets, appliances, ice maker, wine refrigerator, tile floors, and granite countertops.
The living room's wall of glass overlooks the outdoor living area and welcomes in the desert sun. The sun warms and brightens a marble gas fireplace, sofa, loveseat and TV with HBO, VCR and DVD player.
