Sky Park/Santa's Village is a short 2.7 mi away and a 7 minute drive! Lodge is two levels. From the driveway, there are approximately 24 steps leading to the entrance of the Lodge. Entry floor level opens up to a newly remodeled kitchen with a Brand New top of the line Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and full size washer and dryer. Entry level also has a bedroom with a Queen Size bed and full bathroom next do it. The bedroom on the entry level is great if any guest has a problem with stairway to upper level. This bedroom does not have a TV. The fireplace in living room is gas operated. Knotty pine walls adorn the main floor. There is a front deck & seating area with 8 chairs and small table to enjoy the view of the woods. A back yard area has a propane fire ring and propane bbq with seating area to enjoy with conversation after a day of exploring the woods. The lodge is a short walk (just short of a mile) from the Arrowhead Village, Burnt Mill Beach, shops, restaurants, and the Arrowhead Resort and Spa. Lodge has a sneak peak view of the lake. Burnt Mill Beach Club is an private beach and because of Covid-19 vacation rental owners are no longer permitted to share the Beach Club Card as we have always done. At the Cozy Lodge you will receive many amenities that other vacation rentals may not provide for you. Such as washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen of cookware, dinnerware and utensils. It is a home away from home except you're on vacation here! Once you stay here, you will surely spread the good word. Pictures displayed hardly do it justice. You will have to see it to believe it! There is an inclined driveway in front of the lodge that accommodates 2-3 autos. AMENITIES: Kitchen: Gas range & oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, coffee & condiments, tea, cocoa & popcorn, Wine glasses, cookware, flatware, dinnerware, garbage disposal, paper goods, bottled water & cooking spices. New Bosch dishwasher in kitchen. Full size washer and dryer. There is a large propane barbecue on the back deck. Ironing board & iron provided. Hairdryer & minimal bathroom amenities provided if you forget yours. Propane outdoor fire ring in back yard. Some board games provided in upstairs bedroom. Emergency flashlights that serve as night lights also provided in each bathroom. Ceiling fans throughout the home. Living Room: Ceiling fan, thermostat wall heater, gas fireplace, large HDTV flatscreen w/Netflix, Roku (no cable), DVD player, many assorted DVDs, dining table for 6. A bluetooth speaker on the kitchen counter is for your listening pleasure of your own personal downloads from your device. Instructions for use in a clear bag next to speaker. Please follow instructions & use respectfully. Master Bdrm Suite: Cal King size comfy mattress. Alarm clock on each night stand, reading lounge chair w/reading lam, HDTV flat screen TV, panoramic window view of outdoor forest from bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Activities and attractions in Lake Arrowhead San Bernardino Area: Spa treatments at Lake Arrowhead Resort, summer concerts at Arrowhead Village concert stage, private beach access, Lake Arrowhead Village restaurants, outlet stores and many shops, ride the Lake Arrowhead Ferry, feed the ducks in the Village, movie cinema theatre in nearby town of Blue Jay, historical museum, spectacular 4th of July Fireworks to view at the lake sitting right on the Cozy Lodge deck, Lake Gregory a few driving minutes away. Pets are accepted at the discretion of owner. Another great weekend

This was our second visit to the home. Everyone had a great time, Maryanne has the house set up perfect for guests. Everything was clean and the home was very inviting. This house has become a place we look forward to visiting again and again.
