Hardwood floors lead to the master bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and a desk. A walk-in closet has room for all your luggage, and the private en-suite bath has a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. A guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Off the master bedroom, a private covered balcony with seating for two invites you to kick back and enjoy the ocean breeze. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Guest amenities include assigned garage parking for two cars, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note that this third-floor condo is accessed via stairs (no elevator), and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Although rarely needed with the mild coastal climate, this condo does have one window A/C unit in the guest bedroom. All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
