We absolutely love this place! Very clean & inviting. Close walk to the beach and boardwalk. Close to some wonderful restaurants. We will certainly be staying here again.

The house was OK for three ladies staying there.Comfortabie and close to everything they needed.coffee pot was needed but everything else OK

Over our two week stay we had various members of our immediate family for a few days and the accommodations handle their say well. The beds were all good and everyone slept well. The only thing we missed was having a Barbeque, but we survived. We hope to return next year.

We (parents and 12 yr old daughter) flew in from MA to visit our son who relocated to CA. This rental location was ideal . The house itself was charming , we felt at home during our stay . For me, the only thing that could have made the house better would have been some spices in the pantry, a grill would have been nice to have as well. Other than that, the house was very well prepared for vacationers...right down to beach towels. The location was great for day trips to the beautiful coastline of Big Sur, hiking in the redwood forests or simply enjoying the beach a short walk down the street. The downtown section of Santa Cruz was fun to explore and had a variety restaurants to sample. Boardwalk was fun for our 1 year old and especially nice with dollar pricing after 5PM Mon and Tues! The property owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We loved our week spent at the Seabright Beach Bungalow and would love to visit again.

Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation! The location was awesome, a short walk to the beach and some really good places to eat. The house had everything you needed for a extended stay. Thanks for making our daughters 40th Birthday celebration a great success! Love to come back for another vacation!

•Am a Santa Cruz native, but left before I started elementary school, so in many ways, this was a return home for me. My grand-mother owned an apartment house on the corner of Seabright right across from the beach and there's a bench at the bottom of the walk that goes to the beach with my uncle's name on it – so this is really more home than anywhere else in the world. Just seeing the name Seabright Cottage was enough to sell me. •We were an extended family – Grand-mom, son and wife, and two teenagers (male/female). The house was big enough for all of us. With teenagers, who are used to having their own space, that's a priority. •The house is located within 3 blocks of the beach and just a couple of more blocks to the Boardwalk with the arcade and rides. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. •The house was as described and comfortable. Pictures are accurate. House was clean and well-kept. William was a delight to work with. Wonderful basket filled with munchies and Easter peeps was waiting for us when we arrived along with a case of water bottles. •For those who enjoy sitting outside, you can sit on the porch or on a patio by the side of the house. •Would we go back? Absolutely! The only thing we would change is the outside temp.; it could have been just a little bit warmer . . . maybe 5-7 degrees would have been fabulous! But none of us had control over that.

My sons and I loved Seabright Beach Bungalow! From the moment we stepped into the home and found a generous basket of snacks and goodies and complimentary bottles of cold water in the frig we were sold! The bungalow is so bright and cheerful with all the charming details and touches to make it the perfect Santa Cruz beach experience. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding very high quality. The kitchen was immaculate and had every appliance and utensil required. The proximity to Seabright Beach was unbeatable. And the owner was beyond gracious to have two fans especially delivered on an unusually warm day during our stay. He then offered us a late checkout so we could have a leisurely last day at the Bungalow. All I can say is that our stay was top notch and I already can't wait for our next stay at the Bungalow!

Years ago we rented a house on this street and fell in love with the neglected ramshackle house across the street. When I found it for rent online I was so excited to see that someone had restored it. We already knew the location was awesome - a short walk to the beach, brewpub, coffee house, marina, wonderful restaurants and even the boardwalk. But this house was so great that we stayed "home" a lot to cook in and just hang out on the huge front porch. Everything about this place was comfortable and welcoming!

Very nice house, walking distance to the beach and Boardwalk, as well as the Sea Bright Brewery. This house is in a perfect location and has a good amount of parking. Definitely will stay here again.

Our family had an amazing time at this immaculate beach house! The house was fully stocked - there was nothing we needed that wasn't there. Everything was new and fresh. The owners obviously put a lot of effort into making the rental both comfortable and hospitable. We were really happy with the location. It was so close to Seabright beach that running up to the house to make a sandwich or get a sweatshirt was no big deal. Our 2 college-aged daughters joined us for the weekend and there was plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars. Once parked, we didn't need to use the cars at all. We walked everywhere - to the nearby coffee shops in the morning, to the boardwalk for a day of fun, to the yacht club to see the boats, to the wharf for dinner and to (our favorite) the Seabright Brewing Company for great food and beer. The house has plenty of space, beautiful hardwood floors, a huge kitchen and laundry room. We loved sitting on the porch at the end of the day, reading and watching the day-trippers walk by. It was an awesome vacation spot and we fully intend to visit again!
