Holiday snow trip for our kids and grandkids. First time staying in Tahoe City and did not disappoint. The comfort of this home along with the location made it a memorable trip for us all. Plenty of room for cooking and dining together, cuddling up by the fire to watch movies and play games. The grandkids experienced their first snow and sledding at Granlibakken just like their parents did when we took them as kids and just 10 minutes away!
Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Miriam's place. We took our two dogs and 18-month old and found the place to be really well set up with a pack and play, high chair and even stair gate! The yard was also perfect for our dogs as we could let them out without having to worry about them getting anywhere they shouldn't be. There was also plenty of shade in the yard so they loved hanging out.
Otherwise the house itself it well equipped with cooking utensils, TV streaming service and plenty of fans. These were especially useful in the bedrooms which would get very warm in the afternoons in July, but thankfully cooled down before we went to sleep.
The neighborhood is quiet and the bike/walking trail opposite dollar point was beautiful and easy to access with our pups. While we knew we wouldn't be able to access the pool and facilities when we booked the property, it was irking to be able to see them right from the back yard and not be able to go, especially on 80+ degree days when a dip in the pool would've been perfect! Hopefully the covid-era rules on usage will change back for visitors soon.

Recently stayed here while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. All amenities we would need! Home is a very short drive to Tahoe City, where we got groceries, went out to eat, and hung out at the beach. The backyard was perfect to play outside with our 2 year old. Overall a wonderful stay.

There is a lot to love about this house. We LOVED the location and gorgeous fenced backyard. The kitchen is well-appointed and spacious. There were plenty of towels and linens for our family. There were also plenty of fans for all of the bedrooms and living areas. We wished that there had been more outdoor seating such as lawn chairs to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Also there were no screens on 2 of the largest windows in the main living area so we couldn't open those windows in the afternoon/evening for air circulation (it was hot for Tahoe) without letting in mosquitos and flies. The house was clean but the carpets in the family room area and the master bedroom were in need of a cleaning. Considering the overall cost with fees, we felt that it was on the expensive-side for the condition and amenities.

We enjoyed our family vacation.
The location was perfect and easy to get to. Loved the huge backyard where we set up lots of outdoor games to play and hung a hamock between the two beautiful trees. After long days on the boat, hiking and shopping, we came back to a nice hot tub soak. Well stocked and did not need anything.
The only suggestion is that it would be nice for them to open up the facilities to renters. We would have loved a swim in the pool and playing some pickle ball.
Other than that, it was perfect and Miriam was wonderful to work with.
We would for sure stay there again.
Thanks for making the stay a wonderful memory for all of us.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The host even returned a couple of swimsuits we had left behind. Definitely will stay here again!
