Our host, Marion, went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our stay. Our family loved the property - clean, beautifully decorated, with panoramic view of the lake. We would highly recommend staying at this wonderful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place was great for our family to get together. The views from the deck are amazing. The layout with the family room and dining room provided great places to eat, watch movies and play games. This place was exactly as advertised and delivered exactly what we were looking for. Marion was an excellent host and communicated well with us on place to go. Great stay!

The living room was very cozy and the kids loved the bean bag chair. The beds were all very comfortable and the kids slept well. The blinds were not so dark so in the morning it was bright- not an issue for us. The kitchen was easy to use and we cooked almost every meal at home and used the bbq. Easy walk down to the piers and little beach. Great location for traveling around Tahoe. We enjoyed ourselves.

Spectacular views (especially at sunset), gorgeous complex with activities for every age, and a perfect location to enjoy all that Lake Tahoe area has to offer! Magnificent Week! We are truly blessed to once again enjoy this beautiful home on the lake. Gorgeous views, perfect location, so many activities both inside Chinquapin and surrounding areas. And... to top it off, the owner is fabulous to work with and responds immediately to all questions and requests. Our favorite family vacation for all ages!!
