The main living space on the entry level offers multiple seating areas, a table perfect for games or puzzles, a flat screen television, and fireplace. The kitchen is open to the dining area and breakfast bar, allowing the entire group to cook, socialize, and enjoy a meal together at the end of a day of play. A guest room with ensuite bath sits on this floor as well. ABOUT THE AREA
Conveniently located two miles south of Tahoe City, you'll find the quintessential Tahoe neighborhood of Sunnyside. This heavily wooded section on Lake Tahoe's west shore features Old Tahoe style homes and classic cabins. Homes in this neighborhood are all centrally located on between Homewood and Tahoe City.
Just down the road you'll find Sunnyside Resort and Marina and William Kent Shoreline. William Kent beach is situated in a wooded setting and offers picnic tables and grills with views across Lake Tahoe of the eastern shoreline. Next door, Sunnyside Resort is a favorite year round lakeside dining option.
During the ski season, you are less than fifteen minutes from Homewood Mountain Resort. Or travel to Palisades Tahoe (formally known as Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows) which is the largest ski resort in Lake Tahoe. Palisades Tahoe has a shuttle that runs continuously between the base area of Olympic Valley & Alpine Meadows when both resorts are open for operations, weather, and traffic permitting.

Nice property close to the lake. New Hot tub was a nice bonus and large living area was great for the family to spread out in the evenings. However... on reading a previous review, someone noted that the over does not work, so we assumed it would have been fixed. Nope. Over only gets to 180 and no more. Ruined one nights meal. So had to run out for takeout at 8pm. The bed lining are far too small for the queen beds. They don’t fit the beds and pillows and mattress are very old and don’t have protectors on them. Also, not sure who cleans the property, but during these COVID times, we would have hoped for better. The microwave had finger prints all over it. So we spend the 1st hour disinfecting everywhere just to be sure. The vacuum was completely full and some areas of the home seems uncleaned for quite a while. We enjoyed the stay, but just wished the oven had been fixed and the bedding was better.

Great space for families
Location was excellent, and the layout of the goose is good. Lots of room to sprawl out with kids.
We had a minor issue with the oven temp not working well, but the rental agency said they'll address it.
Parking was great, with two garage and two big driveway spots, even with the huge amounts of snow.
Lots of spots to hang ski gear.
