Location of the unit is good for a small family. Especially if you want to stay at the unit for most of the time. Beach nearby, as well the pier, and nice walk along the lake. The main area of the unit is great (2nd floor) with a great view and all your kitchen, dining and living (TV) there. Good enough kitchenware and other necessary equipment (laundry, vacuum, heater, fan if you need them).
All the rooms and bathroom are on the first floor (ground). Which is an issue if you have a small child. No bath on the 2nd floor.
Wifi require constant reconnection, but is decent.
Not a lot to do nearby. 30-45 mins drive to South Lake Tahoe, North Lake Tahoe, or some of the ski places.

Very nice property. Beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Friendly check in staff. Kitchen well stocked with all you would need to prepare food. The weather cooperated with sun in November and mild weather. Enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back.

You can walk, bike ride or kayak anywhere in Tahoe City easily (park your car when you arrive and forget about it). Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful property with pool, tennis courts, private dock. Fabulous views of the Lake from two separate patios.

Love the location for this property. Everything was in walking distance, even the grocery store. Unit could use new carpet as it was a little musty but after opening the windows it seemed to go away. Overall enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.
