This is a wonderful location for the wine enthusiasts, anyone attending a wedding at one of the Wine Country venues or maybe taking a balloon ride. The home is located in the heart of wine-country on a five acre plot of land. The home is surrounded by the many wineries of the Temecula Valley Wine Country, amidst grape vines and citrus trees and beautiful panoramic views. The home is a short drive away from all the wonderful wineries in the area and only a 10 minute drive from Old Town, Pechanga, the Promenade, and all the wonderful shops and restaurants Temecula has to offer. There are four bedrooms with each with their own private, en-suite bathroom. One cal-king, one king and two queens. You will find plenty of free parking space. The home has a large gorgeous kitchen with lots of counter space to make a family feast and is equipped with all the essentials. Weekend rate Friday/Saturday is p/night. Weekday rate Sunday thru Thursday is $595.00 p/night. Winter Holiday rate $795.00 p/night (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve), with a 4 night minimum. Holiday rate $795.00 p/night, a 3 day minimum may be required. Call us for our weekly/monthly specials. No Smoking. Small Pets are welcome. Pet fee will apply. Linen/Prep fee Guests under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional security deposit of $******* on the day of arrival. ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY BASED ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS.
