Villa Policy 1. The price including maid service 3 time a week, and 60 unit a day electricity which will be enough to have all the aircon on all night. But you will pay extra if you leave aircon on all day. 2. No party or noise after10pm to 6am. 3. Smoking out side only 4. Check in after 14:00 hrs. Check out before 11:00 hrs. 5. Please turn off the swimming pool light when you finish.If you forget to turn off and broken We charge 500 baht to fix.
