Beautiful 4 bedroom villa with entrance directly onto Pattaya's best beach through Grand Condo's own private beach entrance. and yet only 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM WALKING STREET There is a very large 24 hour supermarket opposite the main entrance selling crusty bread, cheese , salmon , cereals in fact everything your likely to need . Grand Condo, one of the most prestigious complexes in Jomtien has a communal swimming pool and children's pool. About the neighbourhood

The Grand Condo on which the bungalow is situated, is on the Jomtien beach. Walk out of the beach entrance directly on to the Jomtien beach. Although water sports are not allowed on the beach directly outside our complex, a few minutes walk to the left hand and there are paragliding, banana-boat, windsurf, water ski,sailing, ballooning, and speedboats. So you can choose what type of holiday you want. Pattaya Park water world is a short stroll down the beach on the right hand side If you need to sight seeing for 1 or 2 days. Car and motorcycle rent service just oposite our gate. Baht bus pass main gate 24 hours a day and Walking Street is just 5 minutes away

Getting around

This is the recommendation around our villa. The location is one of the very best in Jomtien offering not only direct access to the most popular beach in Jomtien - but is also is only 5 MINUTES TO WALKING STREET The Grand Condo front entrance is on the main Road between Jomtien and Pattaya which means all the baht bus(10 baht or 20 Pence/person)pass every 2 minute to Pattaya and Jomtien beach. - So you don’t need a car and all the hassle of finding a parking space nor worrying about drink driving, for a few baht you can hop on a baht bus and in 5 minutes be in Pattaya. - There are dozens of all types of restaurants a COUPLE OF MINUTES WALK from the main entrance including some of the most famous and popular restaurants Pan Pan Italian,
