If for example somebody would like to rent this condominium for a total of 47 nights, than we agree to give him a discount of THB 16’000.00 on the first 30 nights, he would pay for this first 30 nights only THB 20’000.00 instead of THB 36’000.00 (30 x THB 1’200.00) and for the remaining 17 nights (47 nights – 30 nights) the regular listing price of THB 1’200.00 per night. For a period of 47 nights this gives a total rental cost of, for the first 30 nights THB 20’000.00 and for the remaining 17 nights (17 x THB 1’200.00) = THB 20’400.00, makes a total of only THB 40’400.00 instead of at the regular listing price of THB 1’200.00 for 47 nights (47 x THB 1’200.00) = THB 56’400.00.
