We had a wonderful few days staying at the property. The house was very clean and spacious—the nine of us had plenty of room and we didn’t feel crowded at all. Caroline was fantastic and quick to respond and provided a great list of their favorite restaurants. We were able to walk to the beach no problem and the central location in Bethany provided easy access to restaurants and ice cream. It’s also not a far drive to Henlopen State Park for some amazing trails. We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to stay again.

We enjoyed staying at the beach house in Bethany Beach. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and two dogs. We were close enough to the beach and boardwalk that we could walk (20mins) or drive (5 mins). The kids loved the two community pools after spending time at the beach. The owners were very kind and helpful.

This house was very spacious with a convenient layout. We had a 79 year old member of the family that uses a walker and he had no trouble navigating around the house. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms were open and bedrooms were nice sized. The kitchen has a new coffee maker that makes both individual k-cups or a pot of coffee. The washer and dryer are HUGE, very convenient for doing large loads of beach towels. The screened in porch has a lot of space with wicker furniture and a table to play games. Our group ranged in age from 10 to 79 and it was loved by all!! Caroline was very helpful and even sent us a general layout of the house upon request so we could plan our stay. Overall, great experience!

Very clean furnished home one mile from beach. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to beach and restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, kitchen clean and well stocked with dishes etc. with dining table for large family, family room roomy, and the porch was a nice bonus!

We needed to rent someplace for a month while our home was being finished. We also needed someplace that would accommodate our 2 dogs. Our stay in Bethany was very nice; the unit was large and clean and conveniently located. The neighborhood was very quiet (granted it was December) and the area was easy to get around. I would recommend it anytime.

We had a great family weekend with two adults, two kids and our dog! The property was clean, welcoming and perfect as a home base for our adventures. There is a playground within walking distance. Would stay here again!

This was a great rental experience! Homeowner was very responsive. The house was clean on arrival, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and is close to many area attractions. We were grateful to be able to bring our dogs. We were totally satisfied with our time at this home, and would stay here again.
