The house has everything!

Myself, my husband and my four sons had a great stay in this home. The boys made good use of the bikes provided and rode to the beach every day. We made good use of the parking pass and found parking close to the beach in the suggested streets. We had one little glitch on our first full day at the house and Robyn sent someone to address the problem right away even though it was a Sunday. The home was spacious and well equipped. We loved the kitchen! Thank you!

We loved the house and neighborhood. It was far enough away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but close enough when we wanted to do something. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach/boardwalk. The neighborhood is breathtaking. Everyone is so friendly, especially the next door neighbor. There were 9 of us there, and it was big enough to separate when we wanted to. We loved having family dinners at the beautiful dining room table. We would definitely return to that property!

This was our fourth time staying at this property. We absolutely love it, it is very quiet, safe for bike riding, walking and walking pets. We loved the update to the bed in the master bedroom. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We can't wait to go back.

This was a great vacation with our family as our first time at Rehoboth Beach. The location was ideal, quiet and out of the way of the beach traffic. Very tranquil in a wooded location, yet near to everything. I would advise future renters to travel to the state park beaches-they are less crowded and the shell hunting was amazing. The owners were easily accessible and polite. We would return again! Thanks to the property owners...

We had a wonderful stay with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and Robyn was extremely responsive to all inquiries. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and welcoming vacation reapite.

My husband and I and our two dogs really enjoyed this large beautiful house. It is set in a quiet neighborhood with a distant view of the bay. There are trees around so you don’t even feel that you are at the beach, but the water is nearby. It is also less than a mile from Route 1 Coastal Highway where all of the restaurants and stores are. The house, especially the kitchen, is extremely well equipped, with everything you need, although we would’ve liked to have a toaster. There was a convection oven which we generally don’t use for toast. Not exactly the biggest complaint in the world! I would definitely return to this home for another visit. Thank you Robyn

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay! Communication with our host was easy, the beds were comfy, the neighborhood was safe to walk our dogs, and getting to the beach was easy! We plan to go back!
