My spouse and I got married on the beach right in front of this house and our whole family (13 adults and 5 kids) all stayed here for 5 days. We had the best time and we loved the setup of the house and the proximity to the boardwalk for morning walks and scooter/bike rides. We hope to come back! Thank you to Chris for being a fabulous host and answering all my questions.

Property was clean and ready for us. Everything was as advertised. Chris went above and beyond with communication regarding the property and unfortunate weather. Location was great, super close to the beach, and would have been better if we had gotten better weather over the weekend. Would rent again!

I rented the house for our annual beach vacation with my family, (adult children, grandchildren) and some extended family members. The house easily fit everyone comfortably with ample rooms and double refrigerators and dishwashers for the large gathering.
The host was excellent during the booking process and throughout the stay. He promptly answered all questions. I would definite stay here again.

This house is lovely and fit my family of 7 adults...
This house is lovely and fit my family of 7 adults, including elderly parents, needs. We could have easily had our adult children with us as well. The proximity to the beach in particular was great for those less mobile and it was also nice to be close to town. We were there off season so Playland and most of the places on the boardwalk were closed making it nice and quiet. I'm not sure what the noise level would be in season. We enjoyed the porch and the common spaces. We would definitely rent this property again.
