A prime downtown location! This 1BR, 1BA Fort Myers condo (sleeps 4) is a short walk from restaurants, bars, theaters, and cafés. Walk minutes to Centennial Park for riverside strolls, and catch live music in the open courtyard right beneath your unit. INSIDE THE CONDO Guests can park 2 vehicles in a garage on the corner of Jackson and Main Street. To reach your unit, enter the lobby at Patio de Leon Condominiums and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. (You can also gain entry via a stairwell in the courtyard on the opposite side of the building.) Once you reach the 2nd floor, a long carpeted hallway leads to your condo, which is open-concept with wood floors, contemporary artwork, and tasteful decor throughout. The kitchen overlooks a dining area with seating for 4, and there’s extra glassware and plates available in the dining room’s china cabinet. Opposite, a cozy living room offers a window side view over Patio de Leon, an open courtyard with regular live music. Stand and watch the world go by, or settle down for an evening of Netflix and movies on your 42” Smart TV. There’s plenty of space to relax between a wicker chair and a sleeper sofa that converts into 2 twin beds. To the right of the entryway, a contemporary bathroom has a single-sink vanity and shower/tub combo with glass sliding doors. Chic monochromatic decor adds a stylish vibe to the master bedroom. Crash for the day in a full-size bed on an iron canopy frame. The room also has a sleep sound machine, small desk, and a closet for storage space. THE LOCATION This Fort Myers condo is situated in the historic downtown area and overlooks Patio de Leon, an outdoor square hosting live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Head downstairs to catch the latest show, grab a bite at Prime de Leon steakhouse, then finish up with drinks next door at Space39 Art Bar and Lounge. Within a 5-minute stroll, you’ll also find a host of other restaurants, cafés, and bars. Head out for morning coffee at Green Cup Café, satisfy lunchtime hunger pangs with hamburgers at Ford's Garage, then end days sipping cocktails on the rooftop at The Firestone Grille, Martini Bar and Sky Bar. Boutique shops, art galleries, theaters, and fishing trips are also within an easy amble.
