The property is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a private, 30ft pool. It is ideally located close to the US192 with its many shops and restaurants and only 10 mins from Walt Disney World whilst Sea World and Universal Studios are within 25 mins. Florida's famous beaches are only 1 hour away. The villa boasts 2 en-suite bedrooms with a further double bedroom and a twin room. The Master Bedroom has a kingsize bed whilst the other double rooms contain queensize beds. All double rooms have a TV with cable channels. Sadly we won't be on hand to welcome you to Veranda Palms as we live in the UK. However we have a local management company who are on hand to deal with problems. Contact details are contained in your Booking Contract and are also available in the villa. Access to the Veranda Palms gated community and to the villa itself is by means of key codes. For security reasons these are changed from time to time and you will be supplied with the latest codes 2 - 3 weeks before your arrival. Although we are not Florida residents we have been travelling there regularly over many years and know the area reasonably well. If you have questions about shops, restaurants, theme parks etc we will do our best to help.
